Idk if it counts as a CE but Best Buy now has a Katamari Prince plush w/ ball that comes with a digital code. Unfortunately i did not get the sku and it doesnt seem to have a website listing but it was $50 which seems a bit pricy, but not sure if it'll stick around for a price drop since my store only got 1.

I love that somehow Gamestop is the only company I've seen to find a way to screw people with exact $ off coupons. Got a "$100 off Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 headset" which Gamestop currently sells for $200. Now, most places that offer coupons generally take a coupon off of the current price. I found out that when scanned into the computer, the coupon rings up as "$100 off SRP" of the headset, and not just "$100 off". So the headset they sell for $200 - $100 coupon = $150 because the SRP was $250.
Hell, their whole new membership is based on getting $5 coupons. Could you imagine if you try to buy a game on sale for $39.99, use a $5 off coupon, and they try to charge you $54.99 because the SRP was $60?

Fellow CAGs, hear me. I regret to inform you that at the end of trading today, Gamestop's stock dipped below $4 a share at a terrible $3.98 each. Let us take a moment to mourn the soon-to-be loss of a gaming giant.
Considering Sears/Kmart stock is currently at 30 cents and they still have almost 800 stores, the GS stock still has quite a way to go.

The retro stuff in store is a good move from what I've seen in the my area (we have 7 stores in my district that sell retro). Some of the prices are surprisingly cheap and best of all they qualify for the promos. With the 3 for $15 deal & elite pro discount I only paid $12.84 for Super Mario World (SNES), Super Mario Land (GB) and Super Mario Land 2 (GB).
They are weird with pricing on some of them. One store is stuck with a copy of NBA Street Vol 2 for Gamecube at $25. Meanwhile, Dragon Quest 8 for PS2 is $8 (obviously qualifies for the 3 for $15 as well)
One store "converted" a single 1.5' wire rack behind the counter to retro and within a day sold a game for $40 that they paid $11 for, so on a profit & loss situation (and amount of space taken up in store) it seems way better than all those dumb plushes and knick-knacks that go on clearance after a month.
