what exactly is this? I've been way out of the loop. I got this yesterday.

The only thing I did was get the the free 14 day trial from dashboard and play like 2 hours of Dead Island DE with a friend. That's it. It expired last thursday 1 week exactly later i got that message. Paid $5 to play the trial

I played 2 games of it last night and it's freaking fun and intense. I panicked on the first kill and left a purple weapon .Made it to #22 and then #21, and only died the first time cause the bubble closed on me and killed me. They're adding squads too, it says so in the menu so soon you can have team pvp. soon The maps is very very huge. The only thing I don't like is they give you a generic character and you don't get you hero from the game. At the very least I would like to use my skin.

Can someone answer my Fortnite question about using your air strike? I have it unlocked in the skill tree, but I can't figure out how to do it...

When in mission lobby, the part where it says to launch, press A on your character the select gadgets and you can add it from there. You don't have to do it every game just that once until you want to replace it or add another gadget.

Weird... Trying to get into Fortnite and I'm getting a "waiting is queue for 10:00" message counting down by seconds... Sounds like someone needs to upgrade their servers.

Servers should be fine now can get in now.

Oh man Fortnite is fantastic. Some of my friends I met on F13 were getting it and so got it with them and we started playing around 9pm and just got done and got done around 3:48am, time just flew by.

It's like a mix of Minecraft, Gears Horde, and Plants vs Zombies. Quite a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it it's a blast. Building forts on top of forts on top of forts and sniping from the clouds lol. You'll spend hours doing other stuff like looking for survivors before even getting to the main mission cause they're hidden pretty damn good. The graphics are great, the controls are great, was well worth it. The thing is I went in knowing nothing about it and really enjoy it so that shocked me. 

Was worth the $40 now rather than waiting until 2018 for it to be F2P. Money well spent.
