Your investing in development not preordering per say. This is the purest form of supporting devs.

If this game makes it, we should make a CAG PS4 clan.

#10859285 Tomb Raider $34.99 - Plus Hitman Absolution for Free with Purchase @ New...

For those that don't want Hitman, Lara Croft is $30 at Target.

I'd buy her for a dollar.

#10859275 Xbox One on the way. DRM removed, more details to come.

Well, lets be fair, the consumers do deserve a healthy chunk of the blame for the current situation. GameStop has been a terrible place to purchase or sell games for quite some time. It's just laziness that keeps a lot of consumers trading in their games there. If most of those consumers had a little more sense, they would realize they're being suckered into participating in an over-priced rental service. If consumers refused to opt into GameStops perpetual money churn, GameStop would have already gone under, or been forced to change their business practices.
So in a sense, consumers are to blame for the current state of the industry. Saying no to GameStop, and looking to better outlets for trading and selling your games would have us all in a better position.

Lol, wut?

You can say that about literally anything.

Does Best Buy price match Gamefly?

#10608429 GameStop TIV/Promos Thread XX: Old thread, new thread in first/last post.

Hi, it's been a while since I've traded in anything and I don't remember the last time I signed up for their Edge/PUR thing. Today I went in to trade a few games and agreed to sign up for the PUR card. I traded the games in towards The Last of Us, which gives me 30% extra credit, but PUR is supposed to give me an extra 10% on top of all that right at sign up, right? So 40% total for today? I only ask because on my receipt the bonuses only add up to 30% extra. I didn't realize until I got home.
The clerk made a mistake, right?
Anyway, here's what I got, before bonuses --
Wii U
New Super Mario Bros. U - $22
Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward - $16
Uncharted: Golden Abyss - $10
Sixaxis controller - $17

There's a free PUR level that lets you accumulate points. The paid PUR (Pro) gets you sign up coupons and the extra 10% on game and accessory trades. Sounds like you signed up for the basic level.
The $14.99 is the higher level, right? I paid for that one the moment I traded the games in.

So if I understand your statement correctly, then the next time you trade in using your PUR card, you will get am extra 10%.
