$580/£450 Dark Souls Trilogy collector's edition
Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
That artbook looks awesome! But not almost $600 awesome.
That Dark Souls Trilogy Compendium is available for preorder separately on Amazon for $49.99: https://www.amazon.c...uct/3869930918/

Picked up Smash Bros, Mario Maker and Pokken for Wii U. That may be my final Wii U purchase. Abut $11 each after Elite and cag16.
Make sure you test the discs ASAP once you receive them. GS's refurbishing process is notorious for rendering Wii U discs unplayable.

Pretty much my biggest gripe. I didn't realize til recently how many games I've played of theirs where there's some major game breaking bug that they refused to patch. It's one reason I never bought Witch and the Hundred Knights 2 or the remaster. Fix your original shit before you release more.
Along with XSEED doing so much otome, and Atlus being bought by Sega, my enthusiasm for the niche Japanese game companies died down a lot.
Do you mean Aksys Games? The only otome game Xseed did recently was London Detective Mysteria.

you NISA. You translate terribly, can't fix damn near any bugs and can't port to the PC worth a damn. I hope you rot in the deepest reaches of hell. I had some extremely annoying life shit happen yesterday and now this bullshit.
I wonder if Brittany was hired by NISA. That would soften the blow of the translation at the very least. Seems like Sean is still voicing Rean, which he was one who had previous said he wouldn't work with NISA if they got the Trails series. I wonder what happened.
I have no idea where this guy found the quote and whether it would include Brittany, but:
A comment of some kind from XSeed or Sean would be much appreciated.

What could they possibly put on sale that hasn’t already been on sale during the past 1-2 months?
Plenty. I have 70+ things in my wishlist, some of which are DLC but most have never gone on sale at PSN since launch. For example:
Cursed Castilla for both PS4 & Vita
Super Rude Bear
Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found
Graceful Explosion Machine
Sky Force Reloaded
Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon
Night Trap 25th Anniversary

Usually after a big sale like this Sony tends to have a let down week of no sales or the usual garbage. I wouldn't expect much from today's update.
Based on how sparse the last 1-2 weeks of Holiday Sale updates have been, I'm hoping those were the let-down weeks.

I am torn over getting ToV: Definitive. I loved the game when I played it on 360 but $50 ($40 after GCU) seems a little steep for the new stuff they're offering. The mismatched English voice acting can be jarring as well from what I've read.
Personally, I want to support Bandai-Namco finally giving us the expanded version of ToV after all these years, plus I can play it on a non-Microsoft console. I'm going to play it with Japanese voices (another addition I'm thankful to Bamco for), so the scenes where Troy Baker was replaced won't affect me.

What I learned from 2018 was to not count on Gamestop having many trade in promos anymore. Tiered trade in bonus (30/50/70) is far and few and pre order bonuses are dead (40% bonus trade when pre ordering a game).
If Gamestop doesn't have better/any trade promos soon, stores will have little-to-no preowned stock based on how paltry the Switch selection was at the 5-6 stores I've visited in the past week.

Per the CAG Twitter, FotNS: Lost Paradise is $19.99 on Amazon, the lowest it's been anywhere: https://www.amazon.c...4/dp/B07DJ3ZXZM
Amazon usually matches other retailers and has no deals of its own, but I can't find who they're matching with this deal.
