#13411337 Steam+ Deals Mega Thread (All PC Gaming Deals) - Bring on the Summer Sales...

Anyone who votes for Trump is an idiot, among other things, and that's not an opinion, that's just a fact.

That said, I have no problem taking advantage of any deals said idiots want to post or broing it up with said idiots on bro nights.  #MakeCAGCheapAgain

No, the "trick" here is to vote Independent.

That way you can be both self-righteous and insufferable by telling people how smart you were regardless if a Democrat or Republican won

Seems the free mouse started charging for shipping.

Wonder if the free shipping was an error.  The other free items they "sell" all charge $10 each to ship.

If you put JWFY Gaming Mouse into Google, there's no reviews from any reputable source (just a couple YouTube videos) and a bunch of listings for JWFY gaming mice for $4.21 from Chinadirect and stuff like that.  Almost certainly not worth a shipping cost.

eh that's a pain. A demo is easier. And doesn't get your ass blacklisted if you're not already.

I'll cherish my PC Gamer demo discs until the end of time.

Last night my 9-month old son ate pizza for the first time and he really liked it. He ate an entire slice, which meant one less slice for me. That's a problem. As he finished his slice and looked at MY last slice with ravenous hunger it all became clear to me: life, death, procreation, violence, tenderness, greed, love, hatred, joy, grief, and cheese. It was just the first battle in what will be a long, bitter war against those I love.

The War of the Last Slice.

id buy a complete me2/me3 even if they only sold it through origin, seriously how is it that a game that old doesnt have a complete collection in the first place let alone the fact that its dlc is exclusively available through an outdated points system?

you can pirate almost any game including old ones (and how are we even defining "old", da:o was released 7 years ago). i doubt allowing newer games on gog is taking away from them finding old ones. and its nice to have a drm free site large enough to get good deals from publishers.

blah blah blah "what is old" blah blah

you know what i meant

get the abandonware games that arent supported or available anywhere else and get them running and for sale....it takes work and they used to do it

now they are just lazy poles

Awesome. Now we need a DRM-FREE version of Dragon Age 2: Complete Edition on GOG.

wrong

what we need on GOG are GOOD OLD GAMES not newer games without DRM....they may as well change the name of their site to piratebaybutyoupay.com

And now... the list that aggravates many and is wanted by no one:

MY SUMMER SALE HAUL:

  • Pinball Arcade Season 2 Pro Pack
  • Oddworld New n' Tasty DLC
  • Rocket League DLC
  • Goat Sim DLC
  • 16 +1/card games for a dollar fifty
  • Ys VI
  • Blood and Bacon

Total: $23.00

Loser: STEAM

Highlight: Glitches, bitches!

I typically spend 5-8 times that much during the big Steam sales. The big new games weren't cheap enough and everything else remains potential bundle fodder, but I will still pay for something I really want.

I love the idea of the new Steam bundles, but it seems like lost potential at this point as they did next to nothing to promote the bundles. The  bundles themselves are a mixture of good deals, overpriced stuff, bundles stuffed with price-inflating soundtracks (boo), and bundles of really shitty games. It's a good thing though, and I hope to see many more of them.

thanks steam for the useless card

Turn them into gems. I think summer sale cards give you 20. It's better than letting them vanish.

Another one to check out would be verdun. Grabbed it since a few friends got it and they have a groupbuy. Its definitely much easier to get in to than the other ww1/2 shooters like red orchestra. The squad play is pretty interesting as well since each squad is a historic one and fits certain roles and gets certain weapons.  Played a few rounds last night and today and they were fun

What spoder said.  It's pretty fun and we enjoy it.  I think we've broed it twice, but not enough people and I can understand since it isn't supercheap.

If a couple other drawing-losers want to get in on a 4-pack of Verdun, it's $8.15 a copy.  Willing to host if three others want to go along.  There's a Bro-Night for it on Thursday but anyone is welcome to get in on the group buy.

You might be able to get it a little cheaper from the land of the moose on Bundlestars if it is still on sale there.

Edit: And gone.

Yeah we had a bronight before and it was fun but only 4 of us showed up. Would be better now that we'd have 6 people (including you and Malkan).

Christmas? I was gonna wait like 5 years from now when the GOTY edition hits $5 and everyone on here is complaining about the Steam sale deals and asking who doesn't already own Fallout 4 yet? Thats when I'll buy it.

At the rate the sales are going, in 5 years 5% off will be the new 7% off.

No discount on Coconut Queen. It hasn't gone on sale since 2012.

And no sight of Coconut Monkey or his much anticipated game Gravy Trader since...shit, 2002?
