Nobody wants to say it.. but everyone knows if this had been a black cop shooting a white guy there wouldn't even be a hint of a riot because people know how to behave themselves. Have not seen Rev Al or Jesse Jackson there once. Not to mention Obama claims to love Chicago so much but keeps ignoring that and nothing got better there while he was a community organizer.
