i thought both the new sw movies were reasonably entertaining, but then again i'm more "filthy casual" than unabashed devotee.

i do kind of feel bad for the film makers because no matter what they did there was going to be a vocal minority shitting all over the movies

That Kingdom Come Deliverance "Complete" (though not really) over on Fanatical keeps calling my name... When it was first released, I would've sworn it was prime Monthly material or some such bundle poo, but here I am, contemplating whether I want to spend $30 on something I'll probably get pissed off at and quit after a couple hours.

i want the game but there's a zero % chance i'm spending more than 10 bucks max on an indie rpg with quirky/"realistic" sword combat. could see myself getting pretty into the game but could also see myself absolutely hating it

The Legend of Zelda and Dark Souls are my favorite open-world games.  :applause:

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here, nobody calls dark souls open world games because...they aren't open world, there are a bunch of areas (probably like 40% of the game in the 1st one, which is the most open dark souls game, for example) that are blocked off in the beginning. And I think every zelda outside of botw and the original are pretty linear and/or have areas gated by items that you need to get, which is not the case with open world games.
