Had no problems doing it earlier.
Just go to your MyBestBuy Account, and somewhere under your account settings you can find a QR code of your member ID.
Just go to the register, have them scan everything...and then show them your Member ID QR Code. Should automatically adjust the price to include GCU.
It absolutely stacks. Go to a different store or order online/use store pickup. I did both today and GCU worked fine.

Thanks for the responses. I obviously got really unlucky. Took up my games, he scanned them all, it zeroed out the third game, I gave him my phone #, and when the line item for GCU came up there was no discount being applied. I didn't think about having him scan the QR from my phone, but I imagine that's the same as giving him my phone number. I've left at this point and will just have to consider if it is worth my time going back. The store is about 25 minutes away from me. Might order online for shipping if I can.
