#14290133 Nintendo eShop Deals - 7/2: 2K/Nicalis/NISA/pqube Sales! $10 Crystal...

Since it went on sale in the Europe eShops yesterday, it looks like a $3 NBA 2K20 sale is imminent.

Not that I’d encourage y’all to take advantage of it, the experience sounds totally dreadful and will take up over 30 GB of precious SD card space.

honestly they would need to pay me 3$ to even consider it

a few decent things in the sale. Really want the new EDF games but I think I might wait on them to see if they go cheaper in the near future as I'm not in a rush to play them. Definitely going to pick up Nippon Marathon, Gal Gun Double Peace and probably Akiba's Trip.

Anyone know anything about Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Eyes of Heaven? Game looks interesting and may pick that up too depending on what kinda game it is.

I've also always been looking at Umbrella Corps. I've heard it's awful but is it really that bad? Do people still play it?

Get EDF 5 instead of Iron Rain (The later is a super rehaul and it's mostly not "edf classic"). because of this EDF Iron rain Online lobbies are completely dead, you may find 1 or 2 passworded lobbies at most if you're lucky. On the other Hand EDF 5 is full of players every day at any time.

I got Jojo's and it's fun, but if you never saw the anime or read the mangas you might feel a bit lost at first, extra points if you know the franchise.

and AVOID Umbrella Corps at all costs, I play it religiously 4 times per week for a couple of years and I can't never find any people online, you won't get much of the game experience playing the solo "Campaign".

No idea on the other games. Hope that helps

Do they have any sort of minimum for free shipping or do they charge no matter order size?

Also, whats the difference between the special edition and vanilla Horizon Chase?

They have done free shipping on previous sales, but not this time, probably due to the pandemic I assume.

The special edition seems to be what we collectors call "First Print Edition", the game is super indie and seems to include a Thank you Postcard from the developers, The best bang for your buck would be the PS4 one unless you're stuck with a Switch where the reprint pre-order is the best option.

Their regular costs for none CE sets are also ridiculous.

$12 for 2 regular Switch games.

Definitely not a great sale with shipping costs unfortunately.

I once had trouble with that but after verifying with them on the USPS website (https://postcalc.usps.com/) the fees were actually correct.

Unfortunately they're tied to whatever USPS decides. They're a small team so they ship the stuff by hand personally, specially during the pandemic.

On the other hand their customer support is top notch and replies instantly, I am sure any doubts you have they will sort it out for you.

they do that with Now, too? I know that's an issue with Plus.

  1. have had PS+ for several years. I have never purchased Steep (one of the free PS+ games this month)
  2. Sony announced you could download PS Now games instead of streaming them. I subscribed a few months ago when this happened.
  3. Steep was on PS Now before being free on PS+. So I downloaded it to my system to try when I subscribed to PS Now.
  4. Steep came to PS+ today. I figured I would claim it because I know I will more than likely always have PS+ and I’m still torn on keeping my PS Now subscription.
  5. I find I cannot claim/buy Steep through PS+ because I have already done so through PS Now a few months back. The only option on the store is to download it. The problem here is the game/license is tied to PS Now, not PS+ which is what I would rather do.
  6. I investigate further and find that I can’t purchase any games I have downloaded through PS Now which I showed in the picture on the OP. For instance, I downloaded Gravity Rush Remastered through PS Now, and since I have done that, I have lost access to purchasing it.
If I understand it right, because Sony implemented it this way, you can no longer buy games or claim PS+ games if you have downloaded them to your system from the PS Now service because they store thinks you have purchased it already and own it. https://i.imgur.com/275yKoB.jpg

Not my post, but I saw this a year ago and made me never touch PS NOW again.

I asked a few days ago here if the issue remains up to this day and got no replies, so I assume it's still the same.

Edit 2. ITS STILL A THING

Correct me if wrong, but wasn't there a bug in PS Now that won't let you buy the games because you "already" own them via PS Now? I remember it was a big deal a couple of years ago, hence why I lost interest on it.

If this wasn't fixed yet hell this shouln't even be advertised, basically same trouble with buying ps plus games.

bumping myself as a PSA, if you get psnow you won't be able to buy any of their games if they get on sale.

Game of the Generation Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega Mix is now available for pre-purchase on the eShop, and a demo will go up later today:

https://www.nintendo...ega-mix-switch/
Digital only, $39.39 (!!!), May 15, includes a Theme Song pack with pre-order.

Not wanting to attack at this, but beware this is a scummy release, most DLC songs if not all are previous BASE songs from Future Tone PS4.

If you're new into the franchise it's a must-get, yes I second this. but if you have the PS4 version already I would advise to wait for the Mega39 DLC which is coming to PS4 and includes the exclusive switch songs.

Also I tried the joycon mode and it's super accurate, kinda baffled by most reviewers of the jp version complained about the inaccuracy of the joycons, probably they didn't hold them properly to begin with lol

SONIC Forces DLC is hidden on US PSN, for some reason it's the only regional store where you can't find the content linked to the game, so you gotta browse the dlc manually, and for worse it doesn't even have the game name on it. Here's the free ones I could found, there might be more according to EU PSN and Steam DLC Pages.

Considering the US PSN Store only has a "Standard Edition"

Digital Standard Edition includes:

- SONIC FORCES video game
- EPISODE SHADOW (DLC)

I advise to grab them "just in case of" before the game launches for free
