OK folks, I can send out 15 new invites for this fiscal year (through June 2023). Please reply if interested. I'll consider the posts up thread to have requested being invited, right now I'll give preference to those who've been in the program the fewest number of times or least recently.

I've added everybody except one into the system for this fiscal year, and those I PMed should check that they got the registration email. Last person needs to check their PM to send me their info. If I don't hear back in the next few days, I'll randomly pick from the rest who've posted already.

I've sent PMs to 10 people so far, all who have either never been in the program or only been it it once. There are 5 spots left, possibly more if some never end up registering. If there isn't more interest in a week or so, I'll fill up the rest of the spots randomly with the rest who've posted in the thread.

I'm taking requests for invites for this fiscal year again. I know some people already asked earlier so they will be considered. Preference goes to anyone who hasn't ever been in the program, then to whoever hasn't been in it recently.

Hope folks are doing alright while hunkering down at home. I have 5 more spots for this fiscal year (thru June). The program then resets, at which point I'm not sure if there will be 10 or 15 spots for the next year.

 

If you would like one of the 5 spots til June (end of the month), not after June, reply to the thread. If you posted earlier in the thread but didn't get an invite then, mention it and I'll try to prioritize that.

OK I've PMed the 10 people who've replied so far who haven't been in the program before. Check your inbox and send me the info needed to get the invites into the system.

If I did my thread search properly, only 4 CAGers "qualified" under my 3 eligibility reqs. I've PMed them, as well as 5 other posters who haven't been in the F&F program yet.

 

Finally, I can't PM ~starlight~, not sure if it's a setting of yours, your inbox is full, or if CAG can't handle tildes in your handle, but PM me an email address and last name that can be used for billing: site does not allow changing the last name once registered, and billing info is required as part of the registration.

OK folks, the new fiscal year has started and the F&F program seems to be the same.

 

This year I'll give a chance to those who couldn't get in on the program the last 2 years, so I'll look for the first 10 people who:

1. didn't get into the F&F program
2. have a post in this thread before my reminder post #126 for this year's F&F and post again within the next 2 weeks after this post indicating interest
3. have at least one post to CAG in between their first request to get in and this post

If you don't have a post before #126, you can still reply stating your interest, in case there are still spots open.

 

There aren't any great deals right now in the store, usually BF is when things get good. Not sure when the Game Pass is going to be available, but it will be eventually.

Heads up those currently with F&F access - the employee discounts are changing tomorrow and games, Live, and Game Pass will be getting 50% discounts off MSRP. That means Live will go up in price, though Game Pass will be newly available.

Note that your access expires at the end of the month (Microsoft's fiscal year), after which point I'll be inviting new CAGers. I'm going to hold off on picking members until I see if they make any changes to the F&F program.

Yeah it was all physical goods, which aren't available for f&f.

Do you know if we can expect a Black Friday sale, and when it'd go live?

The store is doing weekly doorbusters sales this month. This coming week XBL 1yr will be $20, price should be up starting tomorrow and run til Saturday. Some digital game(s) like Forza will also be on sale, but I don't know if the prices on those are good.

There will be an additional 12% off everything in the store from 9/24-9/30.

PMed 10 posters to get their info for registering to F&F. If you haven't seen a PM from me then unfortunately you weren't selected this time. There were a bunch of worthy posters but only 10 slots. If I don't hear back in a week from any of them I'll work down the list of runners-up. I'll update the thread when all the spots are taken.

I really don't wanna nitpick or sound rude, but I must ask: why did I never receive an invite after being the first one to respond?

 

It's not that big of a deal, so you can just add me to the bottom of the list if there was some kind of problem or something

Nothing personal, I looked at your posting history and it was 99% requests for free stuff. I picked members who were contributing more to the site.
