#14312048 LEGO Deals 3

My wife and son got a couple sets yesterday and I noticed the same thing about the low sound

As a parent, I appreciate low sound.  I think toys these days are too loud.  Get off my lawn! I need to go enjoy a Werther's Original

Found the Carmen San Diego handhelds at a store for $4. Had to get one to keep Oregon Trail company.

Maybe they can get a Mystery House and a Logo handheld and my elementary school games collection will be complete

How is the Carmen san Diego game? Never had that as a kid.

Also, found out that the closest store to me had a big circle thing of games that everything in it was $5. Found Monster Hunter: icebourne for 5 but missed everoasis that was sitting in there since the start of COVID.

My kids have been messing around with Carmen San Diego. I hope they updated the geography. I don't think all the countries from when it came out still exist.  I liked it growing up but I also liked any computer game. We will see how it holds up

I have started picking up DVDs/Blu Ray that I find. Streaming is fine but content could be pulled at anytime. Most of the thrift near me have them for $1.49-$1.99 each. I picked up the James Bond 007 Ultimate Collection DVD set and Seinfeld season 3 at Amvets. The bond set looked untouched. 20 movies for $24. Seinfeld was $3. I also found season 1+2, and 4 of always sunny in Philadelphia for $1.50 for each I set.discs are all in nice shape. I also found the Randy Savage macho madness 3 disc set for $2

I've largely been selling on FB the last couple months. Shipping is a hassle, like ectrane said, gotta find a box to fit the sets and shipping can be pricey

I saw on USPS website they have flat rate boxes that are sized for shipping board games. I haven't seen them at the post office but I was thinking that those could be a possible option. Shipping prices are still crazy high though

Had to track this post down just to thank you. I ordered this earlier this evening. Now I get to dive into this thread and discover what fun I've been missing.

Astrobot is my personal favorite. It is a joy to play and has a ton of personality. I don't own it, but I know Beat Saber gets a lot of love.
Thumper in VR is also fun

#14305147 Target Clearance Thread XXIV

The last 2 pairs of shoes I bought from Target nearly killed me. They both pretty much fell apart within a week, so I had to buy better shoes anyway. The last pair gave me a huge blister & callus so painful that I was nearly hobbled. This lesson was learned a few years ago, perhaps the quality improved, so YMMV.

30 Helens agree, You can't pay too much for a good pair of shoes

About time my local GW finally open and found a stack of PS2 JRPGS on the shelf. Surprisingly all of the game discs were extremely mint so I couldn't pass on them. Bought all of them for $3 each. Not bad.

Nice score. My trip to the local amvets Was not nearly as productive.old ea sports games were sitting in stacks for $5.99 each. I did drop off a dining room table and some Christmas decorations so it wasn't a total lose. I also found some discard rubber gloves and a used condom in the parking lot.
Is that DQ VIII thicker than usual? I played through on the 3ds, I had a lot of fun with it. I thought I no longer enjoyed JRPGs after Octopath Traveler but DQVIII really hit the sweet spot for me, great writing, humor, and Jessica

This was $71 after tax, I just sold all this Wii stuff for $80 on Ebay.

The Wii is hot right now. Especially Wii sports. There has to be at least 40 million of that game floating around and it still goes for $20-30 on ebay
