I wish Acer could fix a laptop correctly. CPU at 107 degrees while browsing the internet.

lol...looks like it was a false alarm :) Speccy was giving me crazy readings, but then I read it has issues with my chip. Aida64 gave me more normal looking temps and I played some Nazi Zombie Army and it only got the laptop warm so it looks like it is good to go.

So I've installed Steam, Desura, Origin, and Uplay. Am I missing any clients? I don't have any games on Capsule.

Motherboard was supposed to be here today... and then got delayed til Monday. I can't imagine anyone else having anything worse happen to them anywhere else in the world.

Severose, I'm assuming you're waiting on a replacement cable? I managed to light the LCD screen cable on fire when I was doing that on one of my laptops once. Not sure how.

Actually it's the little connector that the ribbon cable plugs in to. I was having trouble getting the ribbon cable to stay in the connector. So I tried pushing with my flathead screwdriver on the plastic clip that holds the cable in, and ended up cracking through the clip and through the connector. =D

Wish I could get excited about the South Park pre load, but MOBO gone, laptop breaking so I have nothing to play it on.

I'll definitely be using the wife's laptop at least for work/browsing so HH shouldn't be an issue, it's the gaming that'll be curtailed. I noticed my MOBO should be at the RMA center tomorrow, so hopefully they will do a quick turnaround.
