I have a feeling I know the answer to this, but is there any way to open/do the Xbox Rewards app other than on the Xbox? Gonna be traveling for a bit and hate to lose my streak…
I always do it on my computer or phone.

Set expectations to low on Yooka-Layee then set them even lower. It feels dated like an N64 era platformer, but without the fun level design or gameplay. Also I don't know why, but every time the characters talk I wanted to hold my breath and bang my head against the wall.
Easily one of the most annoying character voices I've ever heard in any game. There's an option to shorten the annoying speech talk. Highly recommend doing that. Other than that, not a bad platformer. Was close to 1000gs before it left game pass. At least now I'll finally be able to complete it.
I didn't really like the game. It was getting painful to get to 100 to finally beat it. I love the Banjo series so I kept playing but I don't want to ever play it again. I hear the sequel is much better and it's in my backlog.

Looks like I'm in the market for a new set of headphones, my old ones keep cutting out and sounds like the speakers are blown when ever there's bass being used. I would like to take advantage of Atoms if possible. My price range is around $250. What do ya'll recommend?
Holy crap! I can't even fathom spending that much on headphones. I bought the Astro Zelda ones for $20 and I think they sound great. Are $250 headphones gold plated with a year subscription to Netflix and Amazon Prime?

Anyone win anything from the EA Play giveaway?
I completely forgot to enter.
Amazingly, I did. Email came about a half hour before this post from "PLAYR.gg" (noreply@ playr.gg) with a subject line "You scored a digital copy of..."
For anybody that did enter, it's worth checking this sooner rather than later. If you won, you only have 48 hours to claim your code.
The email says if prizes aren't claimed within 48 hours they will be redrawn.
So far, I've won Battlefront 2, It takes two and 1 month of EA play. All for Xbox.

I bought the Zelda Joy Con. They weren't on the floor but the lady at Walmart seemed to know exactly what box they were in. Brickseek shows that ALL the Walmarts around me have them in stock so check brickseek before you go. If you don't see them on the floor, have the barcode ready or ask them. They were $69 so $10 cheaper. Walmart is the place to go for video game stuff and definitely Nintendo.

Who has time to play games anyway? Just use Xbox.com to buy games and claim freebies, and use your phone as a controller to navigate to the MS Rewards app on console. No controllers necessary. Then you can save up enough in trade credit and points to buy the Elite 3 with haptic triggers or whatever the heck they come up with.

Got an email from Sony announcing the Plus games for July.
Call of Duty: BlOps IIII (PS4)
WWE 2K Battlegrounds (PS4)
and as predicted, A Plague Tale: Innocence (PS5)
Battlegrounds is on PSNow so meh. BlOps 4 has no campaign and is 2 CoDs old so also meh. Plague Tale would be good if it included the PS4 version.
Edit: My bad. I see Frisky posted it, tweet must not have loaded for me. Guess no one else cared enough to really discuss the games.

I got 100% achievement in Maneater. I had to start another game because the Golden Shores Apex predator didn't pop on my original playthrough but it was the only one that glitched. Took like an hour or 2 to get back to that part in the game which I didn't mind because it's fun and I enjoyed it. Achievement popped and so I have all of them now. The game froze on me like 5 times and that stomach camera glitch is still there but the game never locked up my console and besides the glitches and lackluster ending/final boss, the game was actually better than I expected. I would have liked to have seen more Shark species.
