According to ACG only 6 gigs of 24 are installed from the disc with the rest being downloaded.
Sorta defeats the purpose of a physical release.
This sounds very strange. Why would a developer not put the entire game on the disc? I can't think of another game that does this.

I was always a physical guy for decades (not that there was anything else most of the time lol) but after awhile the 360/ps3 really turned me. Once you get used to how easy collecting is digitally and how nice it is to not have to get up to look through games it's great. These big ass games this gen are brutal but it's so nice being a digital collector once you get used to it.
There are a few cons of course like risk of playstation effing us one way or another but a house fire or natural disaster could eff us just as hard as collectors.
For me the turnaround was this generation when they made it so the whole game takes up space in your Hard drive no matter if it's disk or digital. Plus there are so many patches that owning a physical disk means very little as far as "owning" a game forever.
While the no hassle of changing discs and same file size installation are both compelling reasons to go digital, at the end of the day I will always prefer a physical copy over digital for the simple reason that they can be sold or traded. Whenever the next console generation arrives, I usually never go back to my old consoles. Might as well ebay them or trade them in to make some money off of them.

Mixed day for me but overall I'm just glad I got to unload all my retro stuff with the 50% TIB.
I traded in my VERY yellow SNES earlier today and they accepted it without a hitch with the 50% TIB. I was worried they might refuse it due to the extreme yellowness and much to my surprise they didn't even bother to check if the system worked or not. You do need all the required cables (AC adapter and the AV cable) otherwise they won't accept the system at all, not even for a discount. If you're missing them, buy the cheapest you can find on ebay because Gamestop isn't going to check if it functions. I also got rid of my N64 as well.
On the not-so-good side, I got shot down on three things at two different Gamestops. Firstly, both of them wouldn't accept the $5 TIB coupon. They need the actual coupon and not some jotted down code or a jpeg pic of the coupon from my phone. Secondly, they rejected my free Destiny game plea. The first store, the one where I did my trade-ins, told me they would only honor it if the PS4 was bought yesterday. The other store simply said I would need to return the system and make a new purchase. And lastly, they did not bite on the early morning $150 PS4 TIV price despite showing it to them on my phone. One of them says only the TIV price at the time of visit is accepted. Seriously, I'll never understand how some of you guys were able to pull this one off.

For those looking for more $500 and under budget laptops with an Intel Core i7, Staples and Frys will have them on BF with doorbuster prices. The one at Staples seem to be a better buy due to the 1080p display. However, it's odd it doesn't seem to support wireless AC wifi.
Staples $499, HP
Frys $488 with promo code, Lenovo
