I assume they still don't take XBox One Kinnect adapters? Even though the app is showing me TIV.
They take the adapter but not the Kinect. There was a post on the GS subreddit last night about an employee taking it in trade and buying it right away. They are hard to find right now. Should be able to sell it some where else for more.

Not that I've found. One of my accounts is good through 2025. You may get an employee that will say something but you would be hard pressed to find someone to deny you since it's good for their numbers.
silly question, is there a limit on how many times I can re-new my elite membership?

It says for fortnite. Does fortnite have an in game currency that can be purchased for task money? I don't even think you can enforce that in the Xbox ecosystem. Doesn't a prepaid gamestop xbox code show up as non game specific ms currency?
There are no fortnite cards. The trade promo is for Xbox or Playstation cards. It's just a marketing strategy with how big the game is.

I got my first paper cutout instead of a game at Redbox this past weekend when picking up PvZ2. Thankfully it was easy enough to resolve by a five-minute call to their customer service.
For anyone that this has happened to before, were you asked to return the sleeve with the paper cutout?
Yeah every time I've had it happen they ask me to return it. Last time was two weeks ago. I was getting agents of mayhem and it came out with just the barcode ring taped to the case. I tried the same machine again and got the same thing. Hopped on the phone and they took care of it. They made the game so people couldn't buy it to right on the phone since I got more than 1 fraud copy.

Do you guys think it be wise to upgrade to elite just to get buy 2 get 1 coupon
I would renew my pro a few times if you can first. Don't use any of the coupons though and then upgrade to elite. If you renew pro twice and then upgrade you upgrade for free and have 3 coupons for the same price. If it's more than twice you will get cash back. You will have to spread this out over a few days.

Does anyone know if the 20% off preowned birthday coupon stacks with the pro discount? I'm assuming, yes. Also, is it limited to one game or multiples?
It stacks with pro or elite discount and it only works on one game. I used mine yesterday.

Question for anyone who has used their reward points to get the elite pro membership.
So I already have a pro membership that expires in June, if I redeem points for the elite pro membership, I'm assuming it takes effect immediately and then a year from when I redeem is when it reverts back to pro for the remaining months?
You will be prorated the rest of your pro and get cash back. So you will get about $5 back and when your elite expires you can renew for elite or pro.

I wouldn't do the deal. I think it's a bad decision on gamestop's part to limit themselves. They're just going to have to hold more inventory for that much longer until, like you said, it goes on clearance anyway.
It depends on what you get. The pokemon tins are on sale for $10 and normally $20. Another 25% is a steal since those rarely go clearance.
