#12524600 Wii U eShop Deals - 3/28: Curve & Natsume Sale, $7.50 Adventures of...

Urghhh. I hate Wii mode, and I hate the Wii Shop Channel, and I hate entering my credit card info. I hate it all. Why Nintendo couldn't just port the entire VC and all its stuff to the Wii U on day one, I have no idea. Great business sense. I know there's a lot of crap on there, but there's also a lot of Turbo CD games I still want to buy. So I have to boot into Wii mode, fiddle around on the shop channel using the fucking classic controller attached to my stupid dildo wiimote....

Not to mention the batteries in my Wiimote will ALWAYS be long-dead (what the hell is it using batteries for when it's not on?). It is just such a freaking hassle all around that it kind of makes me wonder why I even bother.

It's because the emulation of those games is vastly different on the Wii U than it is on the Wii, what with using the gamepad and off-tv play, as well as Miiverse and posting screenshots to social media.

That and you have licenses tied to different companies for the 2nd and 3rd party stuff, where it's likely the agreements for being on the Wii Virtual Console only cover the Wii and would require updating to include the Wii U. Plus you have some companies that have zero plans to port them over to the Wii U VC, like SEGA and their games.

I'm pretty sure I'm SOL on this idea, but it is worth an ask. I bought both the Zelda N3DS as well as the Monster Hunter N3DS. I've already transferred my main ALBW 3DS XL to the new Zelda N3DS without a hitch. I'm guessing to play Monster Hunter, I will NOT be able to transfer that download by itself to the new Majora's Mask edition will I?

I don't mind buying a separate physical copy to use with the Majora's Mask, but if it's possible to transfer the digital from the Monster Hunter 3DS to the Majora's Mask, that'd be fantasssstic. The Monster Hunter was purely for collectable/spare use.

Thank you all.

You're probably gonna need to do some roundabout stuff. But basically, as long as you haven't set up your MH4U N3DS with a Nintendo Network ID, it's gonna require you do a system transfer from the Zelda N3DS to the MH4U N3DS and then back to the Zelda one.

I found tari tari to be subpar as far as slice of life and music anime goes :/

Compared to what, K-On? K-On is a better comedy and music anime, but Tari Tari is a better slice of life drama, imo. It was also considered popular in Japan.

Beck/Mongolian Chop Squad absolutely destroys both, imo.

As for the Sentai deal, yeah, Elfen Lied on Blu-ray's really the only decent deal, seeing as how Sentai's prices don't really drop during their weekly deals on RS.
