I had a recent purchase arrive on Saturday from the b1g2 promotion that was missing an item. The packing slip included it, but it wasn't in the box. Has anyone else had this issue? Guessing my best bet is to call on Monday

Had this issue happen more than once my friend. Even with brand new games. I would suggest just going into the store. A lot of times customer service will give you the run around.

GameStop never shipped me my games. I talked to them to refund me, they said they would refund the money to my gift card. It's been 2 weeks. I've already talked to 4 people... how am I supposed to get my money back?

I just returned 2 games that I purchased online yesterday. They were both buy 1 get 1 free.

The employee scanned them both and they both came up as a full refund for each. I told him that one of them was free but he said that's fine. I didn't complain so he gave me full credit for both... I made money.

GameStop is so weird sometimes.

Just buy the game you want to swap, wait a day or two and do a return using the generic case if you need to

This is exactly what I do and have been doing it for years. Sometimes they let me swap but there's been times when they have denied me so I just do it this way

Bought Vice City Stories for PS2, they shipped me standard Vice City.

Bought Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 for PS3, they shipped me the standard Marvel vs Capcom.

I don't even know why I still buy online from these clowns.

It's so stupid that we're unable to use our $5 PRO coupon to stack it with the 10% off for pre-owned games for being a pro member. What's even the point of being a pro member when there are so many restrictions to this coupon?

Probably a YMMV situation but my Walmart emptied out the bottom of the PS4 case and marked everything $5. Nothing amazing from what I found but still some decent games. Mostly older sports and Tom Clancy games.

My Walmart did the same thing for all the consoles but they just removed the games to the back. I swear my Walmart is the laziest when it comes to putting any clearance in the electronic section. They just move everything to the back.

With Funko Pop burying $30 million dollars worth of merchandise, I hope GameStop stops selling them or sells less. Ever since these little garbage things came out, the shelves at GameStop have been littered with them taking shelf space for games and other cooler collectibles.

In the past, if I forgot to use the $5 coupon, I would contact CS and they would give me 5000 points on my account.

I wonder if this is what we'll have to do now that they are pulling the plug on using this for digital currency online. It makes the coupon/membership useless to me.

Got a Blue Hori Switch Split Pad Pro Controller for Nintendo Switch for $25 on clearance at the Walmart near me.

They also had a lot of other accessories on clearance but almost everything was sold out.

There's been a few times when I ordered from Walmart for in-store pick-up and they cancelled my order because supposedly OOS. I walk in there and find 10-20 copies of the item I was looking for. Lazy employees just don't want to do their job.

I have no idea who they are hiring at these warehouses to fulfill our orders. Where they find these people is beyond me. Since November I've had at least 6-7 games missing when the packing slip says they are included. I've probably ordered around 15 games (that's almost half!). If you order 2 qty of anything, you might as well except them to ship you only one and then you'll have to call them.

At least the call center guys are competent and can get you a new one shipped but it's such a hastle to have to go through that every time. If I was working the call center and saw an account like mine, I'd think that person is abusing the system to get free games. But I guess this kind of crap happens so much that they are totally unfazed by it. Unbelievable...

No I didn't buy them. I had just traded in another game prior so I'm using that survey.

I was hoping to trade in a Spider-Man GOTY copy but I don't see any trade in value for it on the GameStop website. Do they not take it? I see they do sell it new.
