So can the steam deck access gamepass and psnow? If so that's kind of a big deal. I'll always buy Nintendo systems, but as an alternative to a ps5 or xbox the steam deck is looking tempting.

Finally...now's the time to announce a Persona 3 remake using the assets from P3 Dancing in Moonlight.

I played through 3 different versions of P3 multiple times each. It's my favorite Persona, but no thanks, we don't need yet another version.

I wish they would remaster Digital Devil Saga 1&2 instead.

just got done with Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, still have Mass Effect Legendary, and have Mario Golf on the way, really happy with gamefly. It seems like there are less people using it though, as new releases seem to always have high availability. also, gift certificates are back!

Gamefly got sold to a new owner a little less than a year ago. Since then they introduced things like Gamelock and the new Elite plans. I was happy with GF before the transition, but these days it's probably the best service it's ever been. Even shipping seems to take so much faster these days. I actually think there are a lot more people using it right now, as they sent out an email a while back welcoming all the new members that signed up during the whole lockdown thing. Anecdotally, a lot of my friends decided to finally sign up recently, and I'm seeing so much more random people talking about it online. It's a great deal- people should really take advantage of it while consoles with disc drives are still a thing.

I do love picross.

Related, can anyone speak to the quality of these two Picross-RPG mash ups that are currently on sale as the Indie Gems Monograms edition bundle for the lowest price ever?

Seems you get Piczle Cross Adventure and PictoQuest for $10.

I own both but have only played PictoQuest so far. It's fine. I was expecting more rpg elements, but really the levels are just placed on a very linear world map, and there are harder levels here and there that are "boss fights," and that's about it. You are apparently fighting monsters in each puzzle and they have health bars and whatnot, but all that really just acts as a level timer. They attack you if you mistakes, but the game is pretty easy compared to other picross games so it doesn't add much to the experience. I don't even remember if there was a story. If there was, it was so uninteresting that I completely forgot about it. But the actual picross gameplay is solid. I liked how short it was- you're not looking at like 100s of puzzles to solve like in other picross games. Though that can be a negative for a lot of people.

Okay. So if that's the case, instead of releasing a game, this guy needs to write a book about how someone goes from 0 to 100 in their career within a couple days. This is a nobody with a bunch of asset flip mobile games who suddenly got a lucrative development deal from Sony. Please explain.

Although I still think this is Kojima, and whoever is in charge of this viral marketing campaign deserves a big fat raise.
