The only time I put someone on my ignore list is when they regularly post racist, sexist, or homophobic nonsense. Every once in a while I'll click to view one of their posts and sure enough racist, sexist, or homophobic nonsense completely non-game related.
What are you talking about?
You don't like history?

That's the Kansas flu for all the magas out there.
For many years, medical historians and epidemiologists hypothesized that the outbreak could have started at a British army base in Étaples, France, or at Fort Riley in Kansas, where the first American cases of this new strain of flu were recorded in March of 1918.
More recently, experts have proposed a third hypothesis: The Spanish flu originated somewhere in northern China in late 1917 and swiftly moved to western Europe with the 140,000 Chinese laborers the French and British governments recruited to perform manual labor to free up troops for wartime duty.

Hmm, that's tempting even though I have physical coming. That 10k points is definitely $10 back right? Like that's why we hoard points for the hot deal. Any spacebuck deal?
I'm not seeing Fallen Order in the XO10 flash sale. It looks like it would only be 6000 points, not 10k.

You never hear people go "LOOK AT ALBUQUERQUE!" It's always "CHICAGO BAD!" as if they were #1 with a bullet, not #21. I mean imagine fans of the NFL always talking about Tampa Bay as if they were the #1 team in the league, but when you look it up, you see they only have 3 wins all season and are ranked closer to the bottom. Perception vs Reality.
Maybe it is due to the fact that Chicago has the highest total number of murders each year and it was dubbed "murder capital of the U.S" by the many media outlets including the Washington Post based on the number of murders alone, not on the per capita rate.

Heck even your quip about "CHICAGO" is just sound bite BS. Chicago isnt even in the top 20 most dangerous cities. Albuquerque, NM is more dangerous, but it doesnt fit the narrative ('Chicago' was just used as a smear against Pres. Obama) . But yes, it's the amplification that the internet allows that is the biggest difference between then and now. Before, you only heard about the tent pole issues: 2 Live Crew, Body Count, Beavis, etc. Now you hear about every little thing that bothers some one or two people, but it seems like there are more that support them (and we cont discount bot now either).
Anyway, gives me a chance to let the youngers see this:
Chicago is #21 on the list you cite, still pretty bad. Also, Albuquerque is a well known drug trafficking route, so I would say that it does fit that narrative.

Trolling. Put him on ignore. Thinks he can regulate and censor the thread. He's a get of my lawn elite of this board...ignore, it's a much better thread that way.
I never tried to censor the thread, you actually do by ignoring people. It may only be different in your feed, but it is still censored. So much irony everywhere.
This thread is so off topic by the handful of regulars that I don't think it matters anymore if someone is discussing music or whatever. I would rather it just stick to Xbox deals, but I lost that fight years ago.
This is so true.
FTFY, which should also answer your question since you're fundamentally "Replying to XBL Deals."
No one here cares what you think about artists making money. Go to a political, RAtM, music, etc thread. You know this internet thing has like, more than one place to post stupid crap?
Right, so why not respond this exact way when gamegirlpocket broaches the subject?

At least that Rage Against the Machine song that was done for the soundtrack is still great:
It's also one of the most anti-capitalist songs they ever wrote, directly criticizing the film and entertainment industry and calling the film itself "pure motherfucking filler", I'm still amazed it was approved. RATM was so hot in 1998 they didn't give a shit.
