Is 40% off the new 60% off? I’ve been waiting for several games to drop below that and every single sale they hit the same price point.

Try wanting some of the older Sierra games now that Activision owns them. Only 20% off for 20-25 year old point and click Myst clones like Shivers or The Lighthouse

#13980507 The Video Game Soundtrack Deals Thread (OP Revamped 04/28/16)

Posted by Thrakker on 14 April 2018 - 01:04 AM

Dunno if anyone ever bought those game music soundtrack bundles back in 2012-2014 or so via gamemusicbundle.com/loudr.fm, but I decided to check my loudr.fm account today and noticed that all of a sudden all the albums were listed as downloads disabled. I googled loudr, and it looks like they were purchased by spotify with the announcement just yesterday. Loudr mostly did music licensing/royalties over the past few years, and doesn't really seem to have done direct sales, so while I guess it's not surprising, it's disappointing that I seem to have lost 200+ albums I purchased. Then again, I never actually downloaded most of them in the 5 or so years I've owned them, so did I really lose out on much? I suppose mostly it's the principle of it. I sent them a tweet and will probably follow up with an email, but I don't know how hopeful I am with them being swallowed up by a big corporation.

I've never backed a Video Games Live album on Kickstarter before. Does anyone know if you receive the album in MP3 320?

Just checked my Humble download page for VGL5. The main VGL5 album is available in 320 kbps mp3 as well as 96 khz/24 bit wav files. All of the supplementary albums included in my tier are in mp3 only. The two videos included in my tier (live show and documentary) are mp4 files, each about 4.5 gigs.

On another note, how the hell is anyone going to beat Origins? I have 40 hrs in and have tiny part of the map uncovered. It will take me a damn year to finish this game. It's ridiculous how large the game is.

According to Ubisoft Club, I put in 88 hours to get 100% completion in the game. Really pleased with how much of an upgrade this game was, and I'm someone that played through and enjoyed pretty much everything else in the series.

I guess when the bundle site fails, Yanni needs to look elsewhere to bring in some cash

I know at least one other person here posted that they did all of the trials required for the 15% off coupon on Sony Rewards, but had yet to receive their code. I received a response today from Sony Rewards and was able to get mine. I still never got the actual email with the code, but here's how to find the code in your account:

After completing a Trial Blazer Pass, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your 15% discount code for the PlayStation Store. Your discount code will be delivered via email.

If you did not receive the email containing your discount code, don't worry! Your discount code can also be found within your Sony Rewards account. Please follow the instructions below to locate your discount code within your Sony Rewards account:

1. Log into your Sony Rewards account www.sonyrewards.com

2. Click "My Rewards", scroll down to "My Transactions" and filter by Orders.

3. Set the date range to cover the timeframe in which you completed your Trial Blazer Pass.

4. Click on the corresponding order#XXXXXXX

Get in early, supplies are limited!

#13847879 Humble Bundle Thread

Scanner Sombre, Orwell, and Seasons After Fall were all in my wishlist, and The Shrouded Isle looks neat to me, so I'm not too upset with the unlocks.

That being said, next month looks terrible to me. No interest at all in in-game currency for MMO/F2P card/early access FPS. And of course it's immediately after they sucker me into a year subscription with the humble wallet credit. Can you pause a month in a yearly subscription? Or if anyone has done the early unlock for November, is all the Bethesda stuff sellable/tradeable or somehow locked to an account?

Sorry if I'm being thick, but that wasn't clear to me--does that mean that you can't use the button to copy and paste a key if you want to trade it or put it into a spreadsheet?

Clicking the button still shows you your key, already highlighted to copy, but also reveals a second button that will take you to the Steam redeem page with the key filled in already.

His last post was in late July I think. That's about the last time I got a message about the subscription, too. He said he was swamped with work stuff, but was still buying bundles and was hoping to send them out within a week. Haven't heard from him since then, but he's always come through in the past, so I have no reason to doubt he won't be back some day.

There's probably 4-5 things I'm interested in for this sale, but with the sale going on for two weeks, I think I'll wait until after the August Plus games are announced next week to make sure I don't buy something that I'd get for free. I know it hasn't been that common, but I seem to recall a few times where something was on sale right before going free.

Some of the games that look most interesting in the new Monday are ones I already have from other bundles. I don't think I'll go out of my way to get it, but if my HH subscription is still valid, I'm not opposed to getting the rest of the games.

Amazon has the 2 TB Seagate Firecuda hybrid drive for $63 for Prime day. Makes a good internal replacement drive.
