I found one at the dump once. YMMV.

Ugh. It was in stock when I contacted support so I could use two gift cards to buy it. Then the CS doofus takes 20 damn minutes to do nothing.
God damn... it's amazing how awful Dell is, yet they manage to somehow top themselves every time I try to buy something.

I tried getting that $499 PC for my mom at 8am this morning. At like 8:00:01am I clicked "get this deal", it said there were 347 still available and by the time my cart loaded it said sold out.
If I didn't have $50 in credit, I'd be done with these dipshits.

Dell DM'd me back. The mystery is solved! We aren't getting Black Ops 3 tomorrow because...
"Thank you for the details. Kindly note that unfortunately the parts are in back order & needs to be sourced, hence the delay. We will keep a track of it & update as & when we have one. ^SY"

I figured that was someone from CAG. I bitched at them too. They sent me a DM asking for my order number so I sent that to them. Haven't heard back.
They fucked up and sent me MGSV with standard shipping when I ordered Next Day Shipping. I complained then. They said "oh but it's gonna arrive tomorrow" as if that solved the issue. I let it slide since it wasn't worth writing another email for whatever peanuts I'd get out of it. I'm gonna give them a little more hell this time, especially if the game shows up beaten up in one of those zip lock bags.

While everyone is reporting getting their $25 Gift Cards for Triforce I received a $2 GC, I guess it must have been a glitch too and I should be grateful that they're even honoring the pleasure of getting a $2 gift card, instead of the $25 I'm owed... ("owed" strong language much?!)
It's got nothing to do with the fact that they're incompetent and it's been proven by anyone dealing with their customer support...
Gimme a fucking break...
Well, see, the $25 was a legitimate deal. The extra $15 was a mistake.
If you struggle to understand the difference between those two, and have trouble recognizing the signs that would help you determine which is which, I would recommend having a parent, teacher, or adult you trust help you when using the computer.
May god help you if you ever look in your email spam folder.
By the way, if you actually are confused then...
2. That $2 is your 5% back from the Dell Advantage program. You're $25 gift card will arrive in 10-20 days, just like their website advertises. That "triforce" game is the one that came out eight days ago, right? I'm sure you can see what I'm getting at here. I wouldn't get your jimmies rustled just yet.

I remember reading to screenshot my cart when I bought Sm4sh last year because a lot of users had issues getting previous promo gift cards from Dell. Whatever system they use to give out the gift cards has had a long history of being unreliable.
Ah. Sounds like all the reason one would need to continue ordering from Dell. But since you were ordering from them yet again for some bizarre reason, did you remember to screenshot the page where the deal was advertised? What did that page say? You should show that to Dell too, because that's probably what prompted you to add the game to your cart, right? Right?
So according to some of the DELL white knights (and I'm shocked that there is such a thing) we're not supposed to take advantage of a deal on the grounds that "it could be a glitch so they won't honor it".
Who said you're not supposed to take advantage of it?
Go for it. Just don't whine and cry when the obvious price mistake turns out to be an obvious price mistake and demand that Dell rights this injustice. If you're really upset about being mislead (lol), and not just trying to exploit an obvious error that popped up AFTER you added something to your cart, return it, get your money back, and be rid of this awful, awful company. Dell will be more than willing to help you out with that.

Dell is a terrible company. I mean, really, what kind of crappy company goes and increases the value of a free gift card with purchase of a video game from $15 to $25, then doesn't honor a glitch that showed you would get two gift cards? Dell should do what's right and give everyone what they obviously thought was was legitimate deal. We all know we're too stupid to realize getting two gift cards was an error. The worst part is that they don't honor it despite the proof I have. I always take screenshots. It's not that I anticipate issues because I suspect it is a mistake they won't honor before I place the order. It's because I just like taking screenshots. I bought a cheeseburger at McDonalds. I took a photo of the menu price for my records.
This horrible experience has cost them a customer. What a scam operation they're running... baiting us into thinking we're getting two gift cards free when they're really only increasing the value of one.
Terrible. Just terrible.

Has anyone here purchased one of these shirts and care to weigh in on whether they're comfortable to wear? I have a few game-related shirts in my closet that I never wear because the fabric ended up being that really uncomfortable, thick, starchy cotton.
I got two of the MK logo shirts. Haven't really worn them other than to try one on. I tend to be kind of picky about shirt material, but these seem okay. They don't feel thick. I'd say they are more thin than anything. They're kind of stretchy.
