Yay, I picked Assassins Creed Origins Gold at Target this weekend, but didn’t feel right about paying $60. Took it back to customer service today and was able to PM to Amazon, $29.99. Now that’s the right price.

Rise of the Tomb Raider SP is $9.90. I’m playing the base game through Game Pass, but is the SP content worth $10?

Depends, it’s got a good mix of stuff. I really enjoyed the Baba Yaga story, but the other adds didn’t do much for me. If you want a horde mode and some multiplayer stuff go for it. If Baba Yaga is available on its own I recommend it.

If you are buying on a budget TCL P605/607, can't beat it for the price.

Star wars BF2 at $24 worth a campaign run and maybe some MP?

Probably not. The campaign is just ok, (but looks fantastic). MP is pretty lame IMHO. I’m betting it will be on EA Access within a few months.

I appreciate the gamer parents discussion. My 3-year old daughter likes to “play” Rock Band with me. Using a disconnected guitar. We also like Zoo Tycoon and Disneyland Adventure, but the interest level is still limited. Lots of iPad games for that age group though.

Sword Coast Legends is getting delisted at the end of December and it will go on sale next week at 60% off making it $4.

Not from TA, but Shenmue was a groundbreaking and ambitious game in a way similar to Fable since both had grand dreams and pushed envelopes, but both had their shortcomings and unfulfilled promises. Lots of people played it, but it definitely wasn't for everyone.

Fallout 4 GOTY worth it for 30 bucks? I’ve heard good and bad about the enhanced patch

It looks and plays great with the X patch. No complaints here if you want a game you can play for about a year.

Dang it, I made the mistake of checking out the X-enhanced Fallout 4, and now it’s sucked me back in. It looks amazing! Luckily I’d been putting off the Nuka World dlc.

I’ve ordered a fair amount of stuff from GameFly and have always been impressed with the value. Original packaging, discs were perfect, even usually included the dlc codes that come with new retail releases.

BC2 was way better campaign than BF3.

As far as the manuals go in Lego Dimensions, you can find them all online, I believe at the official site. I used my iPad to build mine while on conference calls
