Microsoft Rewards app broken for anybody else?

I had to restart my Xbox to open it. Then I got my 3 achievements, which it didn't recognize. I waited a bit then it wouldn't open again until I restarted the Xbox again. Still doesn't see the achievements.

 

I assume it will be fixed at some point.

has anyone played stubbs the zombie in rebel without a pulse? if so is it worth the $5

I played the OG Xbox version and I enjoyed it. But that was a long time ago. Not sure how well the remaster holds up. In any case it remains a unique game with a play style I've never seen copied, and it has a great soundtrack. I still listen to the soundtrack occasionally

I keep hearing about the bad input lag but I never had many input lag issues and I’m usually super sensitive to it. I only play games on a 1ms monitor at its optimal resolution so that could be the reason . I dunno what setup everyone else runs.

It’s possible that they patched it too. I played a bit on release day and it was bad. Decided I was better off playing the same games (the ones I like) in their individual forms (as opposed to the museum) since I already own them. No grind and no need to play the bad ones (I’m looking at you, Pacmania) to proceed .

Pac Man Museum+ is seriously starting to make me question why I am so OCD about achievements. It's a great collection of games but the grinding is too much. What turned out to be my favorite game (Pac Man 256) has turned into a tedious slog as I spent the last month just slogging out coins to upgrade my abilities and it's taking forever.

Couple that with the achievement for collecting 63 different items from the vending machine and I'm ready to quit. I've resorted to playing on PC and cheating by messing with the clock to get new items and after a week of doing this I still haven't gotten all of the items from the vending machine!
I wanna just quit and move on but I can't quit, I'll be done with everything when I finish these last couple of achievements!

You may be the only person who kept playing despite the controller lag.

I tried out Raji today seeing as it’s still leaving GP at the end of this month. Eh. It’s pretty and the combat isn’t bad but it’s not grabbing me. Worth trying out though.

 

Yeah, I love the art and the story but the gameplay didn't do much for me.

I haven’t heard that rumor at all. I’d be very surprised since it hasn’t been a full year since it came out. I’ve been waiting on the gold edition to drop more before I eventually bought it. The DLC is too expensive as a standalone so I don’t see people buying it if FC6 came to GP.

In my opinion the paid DLC for Far Cry 6 (and 5) is pretty skippable. I regret buying both. Base games are good though.

The free dlc on 6 is pretty good though (Stranger Things, Danny Trejo).

I bought Far Cry 6 at launch and couldn’t get into it. I don’t know if they patched it or if anything changed but have been having a blast with it lately.

They did patch a lot since launch. One of the most-wanted changes for me was adding the ability to change ammo types on the fly, which exists in previous FC versions but for some reason wasn't in this. 

The Disney infinity games were fantastic "kids first video game" --especially Disney infinity 1.0. Every one of those had infinite respawns, no real time limits, and in co-op you could literally pick up the other player and carry them through challenging jumping sequences.

I wondered if that was worth getting today. Would it work? Are the figures necessary or insanely pricey? Etc.

 

Lego Dimensions was fun too but definitely more challenging for a little kid. Much of the time mine chose to use Superman (invulnerable). Even then she'd "fly above the battle where it's safe".

It will surprise no one that My Friend Peppa Pig is an easy 1000gs.

As a casual player NOT interested in multiplayer aspect of the game, is the Horizon 5 Premium add on bundle worth $39 for single player content? Or should I just get the $17 Hot Wheels add on and call it a day? I am not really sure what all the add on content consist of as I never buy these sorts of things...I barley finish the mainline stories to most games...

As also a casual player for FORZA I’ve found Hotwheels Unleashed to be more fun than the last Forza hot wheels dlc.

Did not realize Far Cry 5 was coming to GamePass. I have owned that game forever but never played it yet. I own many Ubi games since they end up $10 at some point. Guess I need to stop that now it seems there is a chance for it to hit GP.

I liked FC5 better than 6 (although I enjoyed 6). Good time overall!

Finished campaign on Shredders Revenge, unlocked Casey Jones. He’s a beast.

Dumb question... how do I get the balloon pizza in tmnt air level? I keep missing it or something?

It's pretty tricky timing compared to the rest of the game. You just need to be in the right place and pop the balloon. The Y attack if you are nearby helps.

For those of you who plan to play AC Origins now that it's on gamepass.... the season pass is on sale for $11.99. Well worth it. Good story-based DLC and some other goodies.
