I wanna trade in resident evil 7 but only the ps4 edition is listed on their website. Does that mean I can't trade in the Xbox one edition?

Can we please reformat the deal display? It's so convoluted with a bunch of useless information. I don't care what was on sale 3 weeks ago. Then the developer sales are sort of tacked on at the bottom (after useless information like sales from a month ago) so I end up frequently missing them.

I have placed three orders with them this year, and two of them had significant issues, while one had minor issues.

I ordered Gears of War Ultimate in June, then they sent some payment verification email which required me to call MS Store. Constantly getting transferred, constant calls dropping, I ended up canceling the order because I was sick of it. It is now December, I am trying to apply a 12 month XBL code, but I have an outstanding balance for $42.39 for Gears of War that I never received. I have been on the phone for an hour and a half now. Its disgusting how they treat their customers, I even tried telling these people to not transfer me and put me on a three way call with the next department so I don't have to keep re-explaining. She tried for 30 seconds, and asked if I wanted to stay on hold, I said sure I just want to make sure its still a conference call - "okay thanks for contacting Microsoft Store, this is Michelle, have a great day", and I got transferred. Then this next person is trying to transfer me too. I told her that we should do a three way conference call with my bank to resolve this issue, she is refusing. I asked why, she said because of the high call volume. I told her I understand, but I am a customer and it is my turn to receive help. So she put me on hold, about 10 minutes later, call drops. I can't get rid of this damn outstanding balance so I can apply a 12 month code.

I ordered Rare Replay awhile back. Same thing, bogus payment confirmation email. I tried for about 15 minutes and I said forget it, cancel my order. Nearly TWO HOURS of transfers, dropped calls, verifying my account, people not having a clue what I was talking about, I finally spoke to someone from the US, canceled my order. Now get this, I got my $30 back on my card. A few days later, the game comes in the mail. A few days after that, I got $30 on my Microsoft account as a refund. So I got $60 AND the game. They have no clue what they are doing.

It is horrible how many hours of my life I wasted with this company, and how horribly they treat their customers. I figured a corporation as big as Microsoft would have their stuff together.

I just did the math.

Bundle was $85. I paid $52 with GCU. Sold the socks for $20, just waiting to ship them. Then this random $25 refund.

Essentially I paid $7 for Fallout 4 and all future DLC. I love this lol

I worked in Aiken. I'm not sure I need to say much more.


I went to grad school in Aiken, while yeah it was terrible, there are far worse places. With where I live in Florida now, I wish I could move back to Aiken.

Plus South Carolina has lots of great areas. Bluffton/Hilton Head, Charleston, Columbia. I grew up in SC.

Just wanted to give you guys a little pro tip. Before you redeem your preorder DLC, check to see the value of it on ebay the moment you get your game on day 1.

I preordered Gears of War Ultimate from Best Buy, I got the golden hunter skin. I sold it for $25. I don't understand why exactly people will pay this much, but I noticed that with a lot of preorder DLC you can usually make about $10.

 

So I bought Gears of War Ultimate with Gamers Club Unlocked for $32. Sold the DLC for $25. And I am getting the $10 preorder points. Essentially I got the game for free and made $3.

I am never ordering from MS Store again.

First time I place the order with Paypal, they couldn't verify my account for whatever reason. I canceled the order and placed it with my debit card. Just got an email that they can't verify my card. I tried using the chat service to cancel the order, its been nearly 40 minutes and I still haven't canceled the order. Now they are telling me to call.

Called them, waited 5 minutes, did all the BS verification, transferred to another department. Waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up, did the BS verification again, the guy can't find the order. Long 5 minute hold. Transfered to another department because that was the digital sales department. Waited on hold 5 minutes, phone hangs up. I call them back, I hit 0 a few times to get customer service, they hang up. I try calling again, I get a message saying "you a dialing a number that is unavailable from your calling area" as if my number was blocked. Call from a second number, I get some stupid ass offer for health insurance (I don't know, I called 1-877-MY-MS-STORE), I press 0, hangs up, blocked the number again. Call another number on the site, I wait I wait I wait, I hear "I will be forced to disconnect this call", hangs up AGAIN! Called, pushed some other number combination, waited for a call back. 15 minutes later, got a call back, they transferred me to another department. Got some nice lady this time, put me on hold for a couple minutes. Came back, muttered something, phone hung up. This is unreal, over two hours to cancel an order.
 
I am literally going to not respond for 10 days so they just cancel my order. This is absolutely ****ing ridiculous.
 

Going to BestBuy.com to order this. Microsoft Store will never get my ****ing business again.
