Kind of depends on your price range and how long lasting you want it to be, this article that came out recently might not be a bad to look at, mainly look at the table they have titled "Fall 2013 GPU Pricing Comparison" (but reading the whole thing wouldn't be bad either, since it talks about the general pricing and packages for the holiday season). It doesn't list the higher end Nvidia 600 series cards but I think those are still decently expensive. If you wanted to have a computer that would manage for a while you could go for a Nvidia 770 or Radeon R9 280X (which is apparently just a tiny bit worse than a 770, but barely). If you wanted to go a bit cheaper you could get a 760 or R9 270X. I'd probably focus on those cards. I know Nvidia has a holiday promotion with a bunch of games coming with their cards too, so technically if those games hold a decent value and you don't care about them you might be able to sell the codes to recoup the cost from buying one (one of the games is Batman Arkham Origins if you get a 770 or higher too which you've said you would get at some point).

Speaking of computers I'm going to have to replace more fans on mine, another one is making a really annoying noise, hopefully it isn't going to be too bad to swap it, but it's one of the less accessible case fans, and I'm actually going to just go ahead and replace the other fans as well so I don't have to do it again if another one decides to fail soonish since this will be the second one to go of the original fans.

I didn't see any trailers for either of the Percy Jackson movies but I'm pretty sure that happens in those.

Does that happen Whoknows? You've seen the movies afterall.

GTX 770 has been getting work done for me. Splinter Cell Blacklist and Arkham Origins have been running maxed out. I can see it lasting a while.
 
Jennifer Lawrence is only attractive as Mystique because all that blue shit covers up her ugly face.

I did love the NES, but best console is a tough question to answer! 64 and SNES gave me a lot of good times as well, but I think some of the best memories are from the Dreamcast still, loved that thing! There really hasn't been a system (mainstream) that I have not been a fan of though.
