GGT 299 is full of professional children

You already know.

So I have codes for Bastion, Toki Tori 2+, and Bit Trip Runner2 that I don't need. I *think* I have a code for Mark of the Ninja and Brutal Legend as well. I don't even remember buying Humble Bundle 9. So yeah, anyone want a key?

Edit: Maybe FTL? I don't even know now.

Yeah. It's not even like a one of those classes that everybody needs and wants.

He was also very condescending in the email back to me saying that I made a poor choice missing the first day.

It wasn't even a choice cuz I totally tricked myself into thinking that I didn't have classes yesterday.
seriously, alot of students does even have the textbooks, on the first day yet. i can already tell it is going to be an unpleasant experience for you, if you do not stay on top of your work with this professor.

That game ends twice. The first end credits are a lie.

Also, the new content is significant so...
yeah, but i really had no intention of playing the new content. i thought i still had a few more quest to do before the end game. i did not know i had finish 95% of the game(excluding the last quest), including the side quest until i rebought dragons dogma dark arisen, and start playing it again yesterday

It's a community college. You don't need textbooks.

do you rent your books or something? that is unheard of, my friends who were english major, had to read tons of books. they get either through library, or borrowing, or purchase themselves.

I usually had most of the books (since I buy a lot of books because I'm a nerd) or I got them super cheap on my kindle.

So my teacher e-mailed me back with a nice response you know we've kinda become  friends kinda easy to do when you don't skip class but he sent me an email saying which textbookS I need for that ONE government class. Spit before you put it in my ass teach.

A plus of being an english major (in my experience anyway) is that aside from fucking Norton anthologies, a lot of the required texts aren't textbooks--they're just books, and therefore aren't part of the bullshit textbook racket.I bought entire syallabuses of books for less than 15 bucks by ordering through used amazon sellers or gohastings.

I think I've only had about 4 classes where the professor actually called attendance.
that is college for you. you basically just need to show up on the first day of class to get the syllabus, and check off the important dates on your calender for each class such as, quiz, midterm, final, presentation, then show up on those dates, and ace them. you will get a good grade. obviously, that does not work for all classes, or professors who call attendance daily.

My school had a pretty well-enforced attendance policy which was pretty much bullshit. most teachers would give you a lot of shit if you missed more than three (MWF) or two (T-TH) classes a semester.

I got dropped from an online course AN ONLINE COURSE because I didn't email him to check in for attendance once a week. Lost $500 that semester for that course

the worst offenders of expensive textbooks, are math, and science classes. I remember having to purchase the most recent edition of a math textbook that cost around $200. after i saw the pricetag, i just decided to rent from amazon for $50

Yeah, I had to take three math classes (one is usually required for my major at my school) thanks to an ingenious placement testing system. The only thing worse than buying those books was buying overpriced codes for TERRIBLE (like unusable) online homework software. fuck hawkes learning system.

My most expensive textbook was my French textbook and Online code. Sadly, it was specific to UTA so I couldn't buy it for cheaper online nor rent it because schools are funny like that. It was 250. However, it lasted all four semesters of French so that was cool I guess.

Man like everyone I know has had good news lately. One of my friends got paid for a story he published, another got her first law school acceptance, another got her first real job yesterday. I guess this means someone is gonna die

About to email my art professor and see if they have any openings in the gallery or Mac lab this semester, since I need some money and something else to do
