Most probably have PvZ in some form or another, but it's worth mentioning the PS3 version makes for some incredibly good couch co-op. For that reason alone it may be worth double dipping.

No bias on my part since I seriously hadn't heard of Trials. The footage I've seen reminds me of a game called Elasto Mania. Anyway, played Urban Freestyle when it went free for PS+ and deleted it almost instantly, lol. Idk could just be that I don't like those type of games.

I own none of these. Never owned a PS console until 2011 with the PS3. I do remember games like Crash Bandicoot, Spyro and Gex from when i was a kid though. More than likely going to buy all eight of these PS1 Classics. Maybe the PS2 Classics and I'll watch gameplay of the others on the list to see what they're like.

Has it been mentioned that Mercenary Kings is seeing a Vita port and it's cross-buy? More free Vita games. That and the rumored Ys and Persona 4 sale have me pumped.

 
Bought 7 or so of the games.     Seeing Tokyo Jungle on sale made my weekend...I've been eying the bundled disc version for a while...this makes up for that.

hey now its just more people notice this is a friendly place XD.

I for one almost hate all the digital stuff, I see far more evil in it (console/retailer dlc exclusives, disc locked content, online passes, dlc costing more than the full game).

Eh, I played a few hours of it when it was on PS+ and while it wasn't a terrible game it's certainly not good by any stretch. It's one of those games that doesn't do any one thing amazingly bad but the whole package is just kind of... grating. I wasn't expecting Trials but hoped for at least something similar in style and passable in quality. Needless to say it's one of the few games I've ever actually deleted from my Vita.

It's $1 so at the worst you're not out a lot. I think a lot of your capacity to enjoy it will vary as well based on how much you can stomach it's aesthetics.

Usually around the fourth quarter after they're way behind and it doesn't matter anymore.


Anyone else not able to connect to Destiny of Sprits? Been getting the failed to connect to server message since last night. I hope it's not just me so I don't lose my 30 consecutive days logging in progress.

I agree w/ you, like I said I consider it very good for the $1 price esp if you own a Vita to do a quick gaming session, if you were to buy it full price I would say NO. I played all the courses and once I was done w/ it I deleted it. because there was nothing else to do and repeats would have been boring, but for a buck I would recommend it, I do like motorcycles though :)

This sale is pretty awesome.  This is the first time I've ever paid money for digital games on PSN, so all these games are new to me (except for the ones on Best of Playstation Network Vol. 1).  $1 a game is the low enough threshold to make me ignore my usual physical disc requirements.

Bought: Back to the Future, Sam and Max, Tales of Monkey Island, Super Stardust HD, Everyday Shooter, Retro City Rampage, Urban Trials, Crash Commando, Braid, and World Gone Sour.

Yeah at least it's only a dollar and it's nothing exceptionally bad, just misses the mark.
 
Well I usually never post here im most of the times in the Xbox deal Thread but this sale made me want to go back to PS3.

Anyways I ended up buying Crash 1-3,CTR,Jurassic Park,Monkey Island,Sam and Max,Spyro,Super Stardust,When Vikings Attack,Tokyo Jungle,Retro/Grade.

Just Pvz, Tokyo jungle, and super stardust for me. But I have been influenced by CAGs into buying more games I don't need before.
 
Grabbed Tokyo Jungle (never heard of it before this sale), the Telltale games (all 4,) and Super Stardust. Went ahead and grabbed SMT: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs the Soulless Army since I hadn't bothered yet.

I was pretty tempted by Crash and Spyro, but watching gameplay videos lets me know they're dated enough I'd never play them. I never did on PS1 so there's no nostalgia draw and they're just too ugly and gameplay looks too old at this point for me to get into. Oh well. Maybe the Spyro PS2 games will show up on PSN; they look good enough to bother with.

Only the PS1 Spyro are made by Insomniac. The PS2 Spyro games are made by a bunch of different teams and got poor reviews.

Picked up all the Telltale Games, plus CTR: Crash Team Racing, Red Faction I and II, Braid, and that Sour Patch game. Was saving my $10 Credit I saved up for another good ATLUS sale, but the Flash Sale was too good to pass up.

Well, I bought the Spyro and Crash serieseseses tonight. Despite the lack of Vita support and mediocrity of PS3 remote play I still had fun with myself in bed tonight.

Seriously though it's amazing how well Spyro holds up. I only ever played it on demo stations so don't have any memories to compare it to buy still kept thinking how much more fun I was having with it than so many of the current games I just can't get into.
