I love them to copy the current GCU formula(much cheaper of course) & just give 20%-25% off all movies/dvds, 2X pts, upgrade & save altogether. It would be a huge encentive to stay physical plus all the animated Marvel/DC ones would be sold out everytime. Thanks Enuf. Seems like the same $10 blus that are always on sale though. Im holding out for another b1g1 free on the $10 blus. Really want District 9 for $5
That`s kinda the thing with movies either you get them in the 1st month, during a huge sale or "whenever". There`s just so much stuff to buy plus netflix, redbox, cable & on demand come into play. Bootlegs too I sometimes support the "hustleman" rather have hassle me with movies/dvds when times get hard vs going the gun route for money.Eh, nothing for me. DIstrict 9 is tempting but not at $10 and I already own Zombieland.
Yeah thats a great idea. I know Best Buy wants to move movies, tv shows and cds.I love them to copy the current GCU formula(much cheaper of course) & just give 20%-25% off all movies/dvds, 2X pts, upgrade & save altogether. I guess if nothing happened in over a year's time from that BBY thread of yours back from 2012/2013, nothing is likely to happen.I love them to copy the current GCU formula(much cheaper of course) & just give 20%-25% off all movies/dvds, 2X pts, upgrade & save altogether. Most things take time with BB it took a yr to get online @gamer coupons.I guess if nothing happened in over a year's time from that BBY thread of yours back from 2012/2013, nothing is likely to happen.
We'll see how it goes again in a year from now. Most things take time with BB it took a yr to get online @gamer coupons.
Even with the steelbook idea htz has allen already commented it`ll take a while. The funny part is that the idea was posted in Jan of 2013. The main holdup is not knowing what the Best time is for BB when they`re setting up things internally. We'll see how it goes again in a year from now.
Agreed, seems like it would be in their best interest to generate revenue from a subscription service that allow keeps physical copies in play vs the digital movement. If they lose the foot traffic from weekly dvd/cd/videogame sales it`s not like they sell groceries or household products to keep stores busy like walmart/target. Mostly everything else is a once a yr or when needed purchase like tv, cell phone, washer/dryer, tablet...they shoulf combine the gamer club with some movie club and just make a big ”media club” membership ! have coupons for games and movies, and have 20% off all movies/games along with keeping the double points for games (put it for movies too). also keep the 10% off used games
