Dood- Kyla TOTALLY crushed you this week. Like, Crushed Beyond Dust. Scoring both those Shining Force games was enough for the win, but the Wild Arms pick up was just rubbing it in.

Well after the thrift store disaster I checked the porch and this made my day better!



The Goonies :br: - $5 from Amazon, sent them an email asking why it took a week to get and they ended up adding another month onto my Prime account. 

Nvidia Shield- $120 from Gamestop, had $100 in giftcards from survey sites so I caved and bought one. I love it so far. 

Sly Cooper  :ps3: - $6.53 from Gamefly. Had a 2 day time frame when I could use 2 $5 off coupons plus 10% off for being on there so long

 


Conception II from Best Buy. Got Need for Speed Rivals from a Giveaway. Would've preferred the PS3 version, so I might trade it in for credit. 

 
I picked up FIFA World Cup 2014 on Tuesday from best buy. It is better than FIFA 14 I would say.

Yea, Picking up Shining Force is enough to kill most things I find. Thanks for all the positive comments bro. It really keeps us going :)

 
I just bought a 360 from a thrift shop for 27.xx. It has the first ever dashboard on it. (the one with the blades). I was going to trade it in to GS but is this old dashboard xbox worth anything? Ebay searches remain inconclusive...prices seem to be a bit random

nice find. I would think that it would not be worth that much considering that you would need to update the dash in order to go on live. I could be wrong though.

Though I'm not sure as to the extant I'm able to detail this, there is such a thing called a JTAG hack on the first xbox 360's that need the original firmware. Obviously I'm not going to tell you how to do it, but those individuals that may want to do that stuff would find it more valuable than an updated firmware normal xbox 360.

Picked up Dead Rising: OTR for my bro, said he'll give me $15. So I'm making some back. :lol: I've always been interested in Vanquish and Shadows of the Damned. Playing Vanquish on hard and I'm enjoying it. Just need some time to get used to sliding. Haha.

Vanquish fuck en Rules. That game is top, top shelf. Can't say enough great things about it, deserves a sequel of sorts.

Zack, that pick up for Kartia at 5 bucks sealed the deal for your win this week. That is an impressive find for so cheap!!!!! I think that certain rpgs that have the double sized case with 1 disc were set up that way because of the size of the manuals (could be wrong though).

Its funny that you had Fantasia in your video this week, I was just playing that this afternoon and was reminded of how frustrating it is. Total fail compared to many other Disney games of the time.

That would make sense about the size of the manual needing a bigger case. Good point! I agree that Fantasia is a fail too. Game is nowhere on the same level as the amazing Capcom Disney games.

 
Decided I was sick of my Xbox One so I went out and bought this. Also had to get the Nexus 5 as someone at work managed to break my Galaxy S4.

I picked up Dark, Dead Space 2 and Resistance 3. Since I went and did the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Under $20.00 Pre-Owned at my local GameStop. I don't exactly have the money right now to plop down on new Vita games or new games for my consoles. So I'm hoping for sales and price drops for those that I'm interested in. Plus the games I'm really interested in aren't even out yet.

Just a question, I saw all those Wii games and was just wondering if it's just for collecting purposes?

For the most part yes. I'm working on a complete US Wii game collection so there are a bunch of games I probably won't play. I do plan on playing a decent amount of them though that I'm interested in or look weird.

So the one in the US limits you to only the games that are on it? Makes me wonder if you can import the one with the SD card slot and still use it outside of the region it was only released in.

At least that website can still be used on information for each individual game. Which is pretty nice.

actually the other ones don't mention sd card, also that site is a wiki anyways
