Any idea on the price for the converted to used headsets

They were originally reported w/prices a page or two back by an anonymous GS employee that gave the info to Wario.

Here's some headset deals I've been given:

Starting Sunday, GS is doing a nationwide clearance of mobile and gaming headsets by converting almost 30 sku's from new to used. They also have major discounts on the remaining stock of factory refurbished by TB headsets. It includes the mid-level Beats by Dre, Tritton, Afterglow, Sony, and Turtle Beach lines.

Since these headsets are converting to used (even though they'll still be sealed,) PUR Pro gets 10% off and any coupon that takes a $ amount or a % off preowned should stack!

Sale is set to last from April 26 to May 6. After that I have no clue what happens as these new headsets are getting a used SKU number now so I don't know if unsold ones go back to its original SKU, stores ship unsold headsets back to corporate, or what.

No this store is in the direction of going up the thumb and there's really nothing much else that direction until you get to the border crossing. Next closest store was 25 miles away and back over here but the three closest stores are all in parts of Detroit I wouldn't go to for a video game.

It's a real gray area honestly and mostly comes down to the managers. Some are really strict about conversions and will go through and destroy all the stuff, some are more cool about it and let it go to a good home rather than breaking it and throwing it in the dumpster. As often as not it is the employees that end up with them. You also can't really complain that they didn't hold your item as that item doesn't technically exist any longer and them not having it is technically the right thing.
