I'm a Nintendo fanboy and I don't think it's that great. I kinda quit playing it last year with the intention of picking it back up this October.

I never played the original, but I wish/hoped this game was better.

 
Re: BB Madden deal.  Don't trade in games very often, but I'm assuming that it doesn't matter if I trade in my Madden 25 at a different BB location than the one where I already have my Madden 14 (nice job on the numbering, EA) preorder reserved?  Trying to save some time/gas like a true CAG!  Thanks.

it wont matter. when u do ur trade they just give u a gift card and a printed coupon, u can use those at any other best buy.

 
Picked up Madden PS4 for $15.99 and Gran Turismo 6 for $9.75 after two pre-orders at Target.  No issues as I picked up a few other items with each.

 
I got Madden to work just now for X1 and PS4. I think its working because even though its 29.99 its a "price cut" in their system and the regular price is 49.99

 
in order for the game to get the 15 off. it originally has to be priced at 39.99 and up. so if you price match it and throw in the pre order card. the promo will work since the computer still reads the original price but give you the competitors price.

EDIT:
bravely default is 33.57 on amazon. at target  with promo 18.87

Someone earlier mentioned PMing Skylanders Swap Force and getting it for around $5. Does anyone know where to PM it to? (for Xbone for reference)

It has to be in the same transaction. So right away
 
yes just grab one of the $1 pre order cards (to be safe grab one with the promo on it, like destiny or madden or advanced warfare) and grab madden 25 and pay at electronics, no need to go to customer service desk if you aren't PMing

madden xbone/ps4 will come out to $14.99 + 1 + tax (29.99 - $15 + $1 for pre order card).  If you actually pick up the game you pre-ordered in the future, take the card with you and you'll get a $5 target giftcard when you buy the game.

and before someone asks Madden 25 xbone/PS4 TIV at gamestop is $6, at best buy its $25 (special this week) but max 3/person.

Everything is linked to your my best buy card. So even if they are traded on different days you can still be banned

How is the online trade-in linked to my best buy card? It looks like the only information is address and name. If I just use my wife's name and a different email with the same address, it should work shouldn't it?

 
Bestbuy trade in is 3 of the same titles per platform. So you can trade 3 Madden 25 for Xbox One & 3 Madden 25 for Xbox 360 without any banning issues. It's a 3 title per platform per year rule. Taken directly from bestbuy.com tradein FAQs.

That would probably work out fine, just no GCU addition of $2.50. The thing is, you can get plenty of copies of Madden 25 for $15-20 (before tax/shipping), so you could have friends/relatives do sans-GCU trades for you and basically have as many chances to trade as you have friends/family willing to participate (times 3).

That, or you could just do it all yourself, but use relatives' addresses and names (with their permission, of course) for online trades.

 
Just got Murdered Soul Suspect, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare, Call Of Duty Ghosts, and Battlefield 4 all XBone with preorder cards and all price matched to WalMart for $72.55 at Target.

For the first time at the Target closest to me they price matched right in electronics using my cell phone. I was worried because the electronics guy would be more likely to shoot me down on the double dip than customer service which is clueless to the promotion. Guy was super cool though. Other Targets further away from me price match in electronics but they have iPads to work with so I was surprised when he said he'd do it right there off my phone

Can you have someone else trade under your account using their ID? They just want the GCU bonus is all. I best not be banned for that lol.

This was my experience the very first time I did it at a Target that is now PM at Customer Service only and will not PM & Preorder. I pulled up the Gamestop Email and got Knack/Killzone for $5 and all sorts of PM from sites like BlueMoose, Buy.com, but I didn't have the heart to use sites like LukieGames...etc...

the specific preorder card doesn't matter. As long as it is a pre-order card, it will work. I got it to work with FIFA just fine.

I'm not sure if they'd let you. When I've used my dad's Best Buy account (where I put my GCU sub) for stuff, I've been told that if the address on my ID did not match the one on his account (it does, as I'm not paying the stupid $35 fee to change the address on my license), they would not let me pick up something he pre-ordered for me. However, you can designate a "friends and family" pick-up.

In that same vein, I'd imagine that if you had a friend (or a relative with a different last name) try to trade in stuff under your GCU account, they might reject it, though probably not ban your account for the attempt. However, it WOULD count against your GCU trade limit on the account, and exceeding it on that transaction could certainly lead to a ban.

The easiest thing for you to do would just take the games from the friend/relative and do the trade for that person, unless you're already at the trade limit. In that case, the person won't be able to get the GCU bonus.

. I'm banned from trading in instore so I do my trade ins online. Have done 10x of the same game with no issues online. Good way to move credit.

If you have Final Fantasy X/X2 HD in stock nearby it's also $29.99 just like Madden 25 for ps4/xb1 comes out to $14.99 no price matching needed :)

 
For the target deal, can I go into the store and buy something off their site that's not available in store and still get the deal?
