Had a pretty great day today. Decided to go out thrifting since there weren't enough sales to make garage sales worth it. Glad I did.
My first 3 stops I found nothing, but finally at a Goodwill that never has anything I found a USB Rock Band adapter. Not sure what it's for yet, but these consistently go for 20 or more online so for $1.99 what the heck.
At the next stop I found a keyboard controller for Rock Band Wii for $5.00. Figured why not, I never see the keyboards.
My first good find of the day was at a little out of the way pawn shop I almost never go to. Grabbed Sugar and Annie Hall on Blu for $4.00 each and Mario Party 4 in a GC case but with no manual/art for $2.00.
My next two finds had almost nothing but then stopped at a Pawn Shop that often has good game prices. No games for me today but grabbed 6 Blu Rays they had marked down to $3.50 each. Got Shawshank Redemption steelbook, End of Watch, The Bling Ring, Stoker, Chinatown and The Place Beyond the Pines for $3.50 each.
Then stopped at a Half Price Books where I got Castlevania Lords of Shadow complete clearanced for $2.00.
My next stop had nothing but then I hit another Savers where I found a copy of the Diving Bell and the Butterfly on DVD for $2.99 and Ace Combat 2 for $2.99.
At a local game store I grabbed Bushido Blade 2 for $12.99.
My last stop of the day I hit up a Goodwill I almost skipped. No good games but as I'm walking to the back I see a piano sitting on top of a shelf that has DVD/Blu Rays on it. I couldn't see anything but I jokingly think in my head, wonder if its a Miracle Piano. Imagine my shock when I pull it down and it actually is a Miracle Piano. It has the power cord and original instruction manual. No adapter. It looks like it was originally the PC version but all I need is the adapter cable to get it running with an NES. Looks like those go for about 20-30 online.
Now for pictures.
