Well I originally had one anyhow, I was one of the lucky ones I guess, but they re-labled the original key I got to a Desura key (even though it isn't) added a real Desura key and also added a second Steam key which is actually labeled as a Steam key this time.

Oh and it's late and I'm tired so I'll let Spoder explain about the Will Fight For Food situation but in short, ohpoopies.gif x100

Oh yeah, pre ordered so when the two girls come over, they'll have something with which to fill their cup.

Ok, I'll explain.

Groupees hasn't delivered Will Fight For Food Steam keys to Build a Bundle 2 buyers for 3 weeks since the game has released. The dev claims Groupees has had the keys before it was released on Steam, and the reason for the hold up is because Groupees' database got fucked up. BAB2 purchases got merged with the Shiny Loot 2 bundle purchases for Will Fight For Food steam keys. This really shouldn't take 3 weeks to fix so I don't know wtf is going on with Groupees.

If anyone can post in Groupees support chat about it (maybe posting it in one of the main chats would help too), or in the Groupees steam group (the more people, the better), I'd really appreciate it.

tfw you realize that reading this thread is more worth your time than playing most of the games groupees offers because of comments like this.

I was going to do so before I saw your last comment on the groupees support chat jeje.

I got my boxes key finally, so as you said me sometime ago, you should get your food key anytime soon xD.

Unlike BoxesWithGuns, not many people are complaining about Will Fight For Food, so Groupees might choose to ignore the issue. The more people that complain, the faster things get done. BAB2 was quite some time ago so I don't expect many people to care.

Got a reply after emailing [email protected]

Hello Josh,
Indeed this took a bit longer then was plannend, as mentioned we where merging databases and also our back end.
The key situation should now be resolved very shortly, and a key for everyone will be on their accounts also very shortly.

Sorry for the delay in this as we always try to have new keys up within 24 hours after they where send.

Best Regards,
Dennis

And yet, they STILL haven't fixed the broken download for QUBE's soundtrack from a few years back. Lots of folks complained and they couldn't even be bothered to get the album again.

Dumbasses.

(I'm glad I got a key from the dev for buying the game at GamersGate.)

I'm not sure that you and bobby count as "lots of folks".

Someone might want to offer to send them that file because at one point they finally admitted they didn't have everything backed up and begged the customers to send them files they were missing but it took them a year to admit that.

Also, the lack of their address a legitimate and sensible question about just exactly which files they needed shows how not serious they are about this all.

Also I'm kind of curious about this Eric being gone thing. I wonder if that's why everything just seems to have especially gone to the shitter way worse than was usual for Poopees lately.

They'll never get everything back. Their first Steam game bundle was somewhere near their 100th actual bundle, meaning that there are at least 90-something bundles run over 5 years ago that people probably didn't buy/didn't back up since their website reformatting in 2012. I don't keep all of the Poopies junk as it was when I originally downloaded it, especially since I'm not a FLAC audiophile. The site started in 2009.

The QUBE soundtrack was in a Humble Bundle, btw. It's in my library, although I don't know what bundle it was in.

I feel ya brother. Every time I look at that chat I just want to RAGE.

It's like they took the most obnoxious aspects of AOL and Myspace and mashed them together.

The fact that they actually use it sometimes to disseminate important information is really inexcusable. But they just seem to want to surround themselves with fanbois who won't tell the emperor he isn't wearing any clothes.

Aww shucks.
Liked your post for kissing my ass :)

Why. Why bring that up? It's been years since I remembered that. Why, you bastard? TELL ME WHY!
They came over this morning, sent their new video to your pm box. You're welcome.

Ps i had corn and taco bell last night.

Apparently BeMine 19 had a new $8 tier added for a game called Station.

[NOTE: Preorders are credited with $4 and can qualify for this new level by adding $4 to their original purchase]

This is a special Kickstarter Level to support a project that Groupees staff member, Informatics, is involved in. The game is called, Station, a 2D adventure game. Backers will receive when the game is finished a drm-free copy, Steam copy, digital artbook and digital soundtrack, as well as access to early builds as the game is developed.

Synopsis

To prevent major resource crisis ARC (Arctic Rising Company) has created an underwater complex for minerals search and extraction. An incident during a routine expedition transforms the underwater mining facility into a deathtrap. You find yourself surrounded by fire, water, bare wires, and crewmembers, off their heads and ready to take a chunk out of you. Will you be able to escape the Station?

Features

• Multiple endings which depend on your actions in the game • Non-linear story, lots of dialogues and actions options • Interactive environment: plenty of items to use in many different ways • Thrilling soundtrack • Atmosphere reminiscent of 90s style adventures

“Despite its classic adventure inspirations, Station is nonlinear, allowing players to find their own escape route.” Rock Paper Shotgun

The KS has raised 841 UK Pounds in nine days... and they asked for 10,000.

That's an interesting looking game. I'm tempted to back the kickstarter with the knowledge that I'm only paying if it actually hits its funding goal. That isn't the case with this new tier.

Seems like a desperate move after realizing the damned thing isn't going to meet its Kickstarter goal so they basically did a Poopees-a-gogo.

Also sneaky since Spoder pointed out it was in a build a Greenlight bundle, you know back before they weren't 100% total shit.

He really can't try to pull any BS with keys either since the dude's affiliated with Poopees. It would look really bad and he can't feign ignorance about how keys work.
