To Marquette - verb - the act of spodering several steam keys at one time AKA Hoarder Spoder
I am not a hoarder. I do actually plan on playing them. Yeah some people on this site are in no position to talk to back me up on this haha, especially those that have 1000+ games ; many in which they probably won't even half get around to lol.

Love this GamesRocket review on trustpilot, I never heard of SailSim but now I need to have it.

Review by confirmed purchaser
Download has failed several attempts
For me, and it might be my fault, I still cannot use the provided link to download the game (Sail Simulator 2010) that I purchased.
a 350K file does exist in my computer named: SailSimulator2010_ed_e.exe.
When I try to run it, I get a wizard that tries to execute an installer, but always fails.
God, I fucking hate this entitlement nation that expects games to work when they purchase them. The site did what it promised, it allowed this guy to purchase the game, it never said anything about allowing him to actually play it.

Dude, I thought we were cool. You're totally not a real ragamuffin.

Yeah, I got no problem with Marquette. He thanks when he takes them and the whole "leave some for us" thing is nice and all, but the reality is if not him then someone else would have probably lurked them all and not said thanks. Plus his avatar is funny.
You know it would happen to, always does. Currently I'm on summer break so I tend to be on my computer more.

Anybody heard of Axiom Verge? It just came up in my recommendations, and after checking it out I kind of need it to get bundled like right this instant. Unfortunately since it just released last week I'm afraid we'll have a bit of a wait.
Yeah, as spoder said be prepared to wait. It's popular and has gotten a ton of coverage from gaming sites. I'd say it's up there in the same category as Rogue Legacy, Spelunky, etc in terms of how popular it is. And if Rogue Legacy and Spelunky are any indication you should be prepared to wait for a long time.

Did the previous Witcher games have this Witcher-Sense nonsense? Some dude is all like "A bandit jumped me and stole my pants!" then I have to press my Witcher-Sense button to make bright red footprints glow, follow them about ten feet, press examine so I can hear myself say "Looks like footprints into those bushes" (yeah, no shit Batman), then the next ten feet of footprints start to glow, do this three more times so I can find a pair of pants lying next to a stack of gay centaur porn (use Witcher-Sense to determine that there's bio-goo on said porn) and return to say "I know you REALLY ran away and forgot your pants when you were startled while spanking it to gay centaur porn" and have the guy arrested.

Anyway, this is cramping my style of wandering around and beating the shit out of stray dogs in between picking flowers.
Yeah, they both had that Witcher sense thing where you fondle your amulet and it shows stuff. Thing is if I remember correctly they force you to use it so little that after awhile I completely forgot it was there. If prior games are any indication it shouldn't interfere with the game too much.

All this talk of Witcher 3 is making me want to replay Witcher 2 even though I didn't really think the game was that great. The hype machine works wonders.

Quiet you ragamuffin!

From what I recall, the first two Witcher games I think I mostly just used the witcher sense to find pickable plants and crap.

Don't be one of those people I feel bad for on my friend's list because when Game X 2015 releases I see them playing Game X 2014 or they play RPG 1 when RPG 2 releases. It's just sad.

Yeah. I haven't played the games in a year so I could be remembering wrong, but I think there might have been a forced mission or two where you had to use Witcher sense just to introduce you to the mechanic, then they left it alone.

Everyone says that when they start out and sometimes it takes time to come to terms with your hoarding habit. Grabbing a bunch of unmarked random keys to increase your game count really does look like hoarding though, might as well embrace it like the rest of us.

Did the ragamuffin ever stop to think that maybe we're all not hoarding? Bruticus totally plans on playing the 2,500 games in his account.

Even teddy the space bear or whatever that game was he just dropped.

Oh sure, just like we all do...given infinite time.

Boooooooo. It's not cheap, either, at $20 as opposed to the usual $15 for a higher-end indie. Even at 75% off it's more than I'd like to pay. I guess I'll have to find a retro-Metroidvania fix elsewhere, not that I particularly need one after all my time with Valdis Story earlier this year. Which, in related news, has finally had a content patch to complete the game and release the other two characters for play. Not that I have much interest in going back to it at this point.

Isn't it more like 3,500? He buys games I didn't even know existed for dat drabe oneupsmanship.

As other people have mentioned, Witcher 2 had you press a button to ping and highlight items you could pick up and Witcher 1 had you hold a button to keep objects highlighted. Also, one of the potions in Witcher 2, (I think it was Cat) was used to let you see footprints.

Witcher runs better on my setup than I expected using a GTX 670. I actually read through the Nvidia page on the graphic settings to decide on each one. HBAO+ was the one thing I knew would cause a big frame rate drop, but it's the most significant setting to me.

tl;dr: 38+ fps on Witcher 3.

a real pc gamer only accepts 60 fps at least

Found an offer on Tremor for this... I need to know the level of Dr. Sasquatch's involvement in the Tremor pyramid scheme and the soap business.

Anyone else curious?
the quiz on the site is well done.

Based on your answers, you can see your score below

I got 57% Gold Moss Scrub. My oily skin and propensity for hunting down a squatch in the woods makes exfoliation sound like a good idea.

I am the reason those little girls with beards are not called Dr. Sasquatch's Soap Co. There were three of them when they started, but I pulled the third guy's bones out and picked my teeth with 'em. They changed the name to Dr. Squatch after that.
