I'm pretty sure it considers the 360 game still a 360 game. If it was considered an Xbox One game, then you wouldn't need emulation to play it.

I am not saying it's not emulation, it is. But the Xbox One still consider it has a Xbox One game, that why you can use Xbox One features for screenshot or DVR.

They're Xbox 360 titles. Unless they're doing something weird that they're not talking about, ownership of Xbox 360 titles on Xbox One still seems to be based on the Xbox 360's rules since they're not selling them on Xbox One. Nothing should be different on Xbox One than it is on Xbox 360.

I bought New Vegas on day one from Kmart (it was when you could abuse the $15 coupon for pre-ordering the coasters) and I have all the DLC, yet it has sat unopened with the wrapper still on it. I loved FO3 but I just not sure I have the time to invest in a game like Fallout with so many other games in the backlog. I really should just do it.

They appear to be emulating a DVD-drive-less X360, or one with a virtual drive that only has that game's title as an emulated DVD disc. They can't do multi-disc titles yet, which includes the following:

Hannibal is so good. I'm only one episode into season 3. That said, even as a fan I understand that problems with the show as far as mass appeal. First, it's sort of a slow burn. Second, it's really dark. Third, the dialogue and imagery (while beloved by me) is probably too artsy for the mass audiences.

I sold them off during that time. Sorry :(. It was a pretty good deal. The coasters made a small profit and I had a bunch of $15 coupons. Got a lot of $19.99 games for $5. And I still have not played most of them. The struggle is real.

Would have done better on Netflix or even FX. Good news is that #Hannibal is trending on Twitter and is getting some kind of big name celebrity endorsements. Bryan Fuller is going to work on another show, but I think all the other pieces are available for somebody else to pick up the show. I personally would love if Netflix got it so episodes would launch all at once plus they seem to allow shows complete creative freedom.

I bought the collectors edition of new vegas and sold the game off then later picked up the complete edition pretty cheap. I have never opened it. I want to play it but with Batman moments away anf FO4 so close i don't feel it's worth it

WTF?!? Wasn't expecting to learn about its cancellation here but damn that REALLY sucks. It was the best show (currently) on TV and my understanding was that it as dirt cheap due to international funding.

The sales made me depressed, but this news is crushing. :(
 
I received the Sunset Overdrive message and I only downloaded the trial. I didn't even play it.

Maybe it is being sent out in waves?

Yeah it sucks. The show is great. On top of that, my wife and I had all of season 3 of the Americans dvr'd and they were all erased. We were four episodes in and now we have to wait for either Netflix or dvd.

And as if my first world problems aren't bad enough, I'm STILL waiting for dmc4 to unlock so I can play it before I fall asleep. Sigh...

Hannibal's cancellation does really suck. I was always shocked with how much they got away with on network TV and thought it should be on cable/streaming, but they pushed network boundaries a lot. Considering the international funding and critical praise I'm hoping someone picks it up.

I got the Sunset Overdrive message, too. I only played the first two levels so maybe 30 minutes or so.

I also got an invitation to download the preview for the one. I didn't ask anyone for it, but if anyone here sent it to me, then thanks! I haven't had time to look into the preview program. Is there any downside to being in it or is it a no-brainer that I should join it?
