That's pretty much spot-on except it's really, really dark everywhere and there's spooky-scary sound design.Every description of the re7 demo makes it sound like a lucasarts point and click adventure game from the 90s.

But it's so fun.Holy shit, getting the gold medals in the guacamelee challenge rooms is difficult.
Yeah I'm having a ton of fun with them so far. Made it to 5 or 6 of them before I quit last night. Got stuck of the combo without dodging one.But it's so fun.
Except throwing that chicken. that one.
Mmitch has quit playing all his damn adventure games and slowed down quite a bit. He was averaging over 10 trophies a day in his last streak. I've been right behind him for quite a while. Might finally pass him up.Shit, I've been off the trophy train for too long. Eric has almost caught up with me on TT. Therm is about 26k ahead. It wasn't too long ago that I was in spitting distance of him.
All that matters is that I'm still ahead of Cleaner.
I just traded in $177 worth of stuff on the 15th... if I call would they honor this trade in bonus?
I think the thread is calling you back.I think I'm done with the Gamestop thread. Even when I'm helpful, people are still too stupid to understand simple things. I'll just stay in thePSNOTDiscord.
I loved the drift challenges in Sonic Transformed. Asphalt: Injection had some fun drift as well. Not liking it much so far in Rivals, which is a bit disappointing. How does drift in Driveclub compare to Rivals'?Did anybody buy the $8 PS+ price version of Drive club? Is it the full game our just the one time free edition?
The upgrade feature in the game seems to be broken.
The game is pretty good except for the drift challenges. Hate those.
they're ordered by the rank you unlock them. it's still better cars the further you go down the list. i don't remember exactly what or how many cars were in each tier, but it's tiered by the amount of pursuit tech you can put on the car. you have a little freedom at each tier on if you're looking for a car with speed, handling, and such.I loved the drift challenges in Sonic Transformed. Further in Rivals now and it's not bad. Playing as cop. Think I'm at rank 16 now. At the beginning the need to do a 2-3 minute challenge and then return to headquarters was a chore, but once you get further in the speedlist takes quite a bit longer so it's not near as obtrusive.
The game doesn't do a good job of letting you know which cars are the best as far as I can tell. It's just a long line of cars with varying stats and I can't tell how they're organized but it's definitely not least stat points to most stat points. Different cars have different pursuit techs they can equip and levels at which those techs can be upgraded to, so it seems like you just kind of find a car with nice stats, switch to it, then check to see what techs it has and how much you can level them up. Maybe I'm missing something--anybody that's played it want to chime in on that?
What Else Ya Got is also buggy, but only in a visual sense. It will report that you haven't completed a challenge even if you had. If you go into the map it'll show correctly, though. So IDKFA is the only one you should have issues with. Nice thing about the weapon challenges is that a lot of them are very deliberate so you can make a backup 1 kill or whatever short of when you should be triggering the trophy. Is the IDKFA trophy in DOOM the only glitched one? I have 7 weapons left to master, but I'm still ready to make a backup save when close to the end.
Yeah, left to right seemed to be a gradual stat increase with sharp drops mixed in here and there. Are the tiers indicated on the screen somehow? nope, you just have to see how much pursuit tech it can hold. i can't remember if they maxed out at 4 or 5.Yeah, left to right seemed to be a gradual stat increase with sharp drops mixed in here and there. Are the tiers indicated on the screen somehow? I didn't notice anything like that.
I've been trying to avoid active trophy hunting, except for that one visual novel which was super boring and not worth it.Shit, I've been off the trophy train for too long. Say I'm not doing trophy hunting, get two friend requests on truetrophies.I've been trying to avoid active trophy hunting, except for that one visual novel which was super boring and not worth it.
Yeah, the amiibo is cool. Eventually the game will retain its value like all zelda games, until a reprint. Or just trade the game back in like I did and enjoy the amiibo.Someone tell me how to spend my money: should I buy the Twilight Princess/amiibo bundle from Best Buy for $40?
Does it matter if I play Wind Waker or TP first? The whole series timeline is pretty ambiguous, right?Yeah, the amiibo is cool. Eventually the game will retain its value like all zelda games, until a reprint. Or just trade the game back in like I did and enjoy the amiibo.
Definitely doesn't matter at all. Zelda maniacs will pretend there's some big overarching lore, but really the games basically have no connection with one another. You could play them in any order.Does it matter if I play Wind Waker or TP first? The whole series timeline is pretty ambiguous, right?
It probably doesn't matter since I won't get to it soon. I've only finished the first one. I might skip Zelda II and move onto LTTP.
I remember bookmarking this image awhile back. It supposedly explains everything, but it's still confusing as hell.Definitely doesn't matter at all. Plus Twilight Princess is quite a bit better IMO.
Zelda 2 is awesome but definitely requires some patience and probably a bit of peaking at a guide to figure out where to go next.
I got a text wishing me a happy birthday (I'm still younger than most of you), but I have no ing clue who it's from.
Oh well, no cake for them I guess.
Yeah, thats a major Lots of Laughs flow chart.I remember bookmarking this image awhile back. It supposedly explains everything, but it's still confusing as hell.
Lower price for you!So we went to look at houses today. We got to one and there were all kinds of plants and ornaments and shit in the yard. The realtor gets the key out of the lockbox and we go inside to find all of the lights off and some old woman smoking pot in the living room. The place just reeked of it. House was absolutely filled with all kinds of garbage and clearly wasn't in shape to sell, either. We didn't even want to talk with the crazy woman just sitting there smoking and watching TV as we wandered around. Left pretty quick.
I'd love to see a modern 2d Link game. Doubt it'll ever happen, though. The Adventure of Link is worth playing for the Temple theme, alone. It's a great game, too.
Link Between Worlds was 2D-ishI'd love to see a modern 2d Link game. Doubt it'll ever happen, though.
I meant like Adventure of Link with the side-scrolling combat.Link Between Worlds was 2D-ish
Yeah that'll never happen again.I meant like Adventure of Link with the side-scrolling combat.
Bums and anyone else who still follows 3DS stuff, will you try to remember to post here if any of the other old Zelda games go on sale on 3DS (so 1, 2, LTTP, Awakening)? Thanks.
Sure thing. Also if any of the amiibo collectors notice that the new Zelda amiibos go live on Amazon or BB, a post here would be awesome. I'll do the same if I notice it.
