This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

See this POST for links to store sale pages, threads of interest and other tools to help you become a more informed PC game shopper.

I know Paradox weekend isn't more interesting than all the console talk, but hey! 75% off Cities: Skylines. Lowest price on Steam so far.

I'm really tempted to buy it, holding off right now until tomorrow's monthly.
I'm highly considering picking it up too. I've never really given city builders a chance because I've always assumed they wouldn't be my cup of tea. Maybe it's just that I know if I ever get into one it's probably going to set off my OCD like crazy. We'll see what tomorrow has to offer first.

Seconded. It may be the best game in that entire selection (not to say there's an overwhelming amount of shit in it). Waiting for a bundle is perfectly prudent, but for $1.49 its going to give you the bang for that buck and a half.

I also think highly of Guns, Gore and Cannolli (although its really short and does not have online co-op), Enter The Gungeon (definitely a monthly title at some point but a bonafide great game), and Sky Force Anniversary (will be even cheaper/bundled when the new game comes out and has been cheaper before) although it is super grindy. Flame Over is not bad either, but its challenge curve goes through the roof very shortly into the game. Its a tough little bastard of a game.

There's a handful of titles I want in the Shmup sale, but none of them scream out buy it right now to me that I don't already own or don't mind waiting for.
Yeah, Enter the Gungeon is pretty good as well.

Yeah, I badly want Enter the Gungeon but the bundle awaits. Definitely gonna get Downwell, possibly the Matsuri pack, and whatever else I can't resist once I've taken a few sips of Papa's Medicine.

Enter the Gungeon gets a bit repetitive but it is fun and challenging (I played enough to be able to clear the first 2 floors with basic guns). I will try it with this new update.

I also hate EA games. I make it a point to not play them until they are fully released. Why bother when I have actual completely released games and a backlog so huge anyway. A lot of EA stuff is trash and very, very early in development. It's a really why bother usually. I only get EA games when they're bundled for sure.

Reds and I figured out the only zombiecentric dlc pack for COD is the Rezurrection pack for Black Ops I. We'll both be getting it and possibly scheduling it for a bro night. If you don't have steam wallet it is the same price on Newegg and there is a 10% off coupon you can use.

499 for Chroma, 149 for Zombie Driver but out of stock right now. There's a soundtrack for Zombie Driver that's 49, but I don't think it was even in the bundle and was probably just put up to scam people.
regarding the Zombie Driver, its 1 single key for the base game, OST and 4 DLCs (if bought from IG). there's not separate key for OST.

The $39.99 cod ops pack on Newegg looks good, but where do i find the 10% off coupon to make it look even better?

I saw Steam put the Mickey Mouse Castle of Illusion game on sale because it's about to get taken off Steam. How long will I be able to redownload and install it after they take it off? Is there like a precedence for this?

Forever (or until Steam dies)

Should be for the life of Steam.

I have Dragon Age II through Steam (a game delisted back in 2011) and I can still download and play it now if I want.

Just finished my ghost and pacifist playthrough of Mankind Divided (all main quests and side missions). Took about 30 hours and that was with me skimming or skipping a lot of the reading. I'm sure I'll do a lethal playthrough with different choices at some point too. It certainly gets a high recommendation from me. Of course, I loved Human Revolution as well.

Defnitely a sequel-bait ending, though. Also, credits-on-credits. At least they got Misha to do one of the songs for them.

I immediately knew it was by him.

See, I'm not sure what to expect. I've heard people claim they did "everything" in less than 20 hours then I've heard things like this, also. I'm sure playing a ghost playthrough takes a bit longer

The bros played Dirt Rally and Vooyah showed up and endured the game with us, thanks!

It's not a bad game.  I mean it's technically a pretty good game. It looks great and feels pretty realistic, it's just really unforgiving and not great for us casual gamers who may not be race game pros.  I'm sure those who love realistic racing probably love it.

Tonigt, Georgebot is hosting a Rocket League tournament, 2v2, with random team assignments.  Come fight for glory, unless you get Reds or I as teammates, then you will lose.

IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN. GIVE ALL OF YOUR MONEY TO GMG!

People over on SG are reporting that they're getting Black Ops 1 and Dark Souls 3 in the Mystery Bundle 3 pack

http://imgur.com/nAriX9j

75OFF3PACK brings it down to $0.37. You'll probably get bundle trash
And like the compulsive gambler I am, I ordered before realizing there was a coupon because I thought GMG did away with coupons. fuck you GMG.

Here you go:

Tried both the Corporate Lifestyle Sim keys, but both were claimed already. I also tried the other key since I couldn't make out what it was, but I already owned it.

Thanks anyway.

EDIT: Thanks to Shrinerr for his Corporate Lifestyle Sim key. Apparently everyone gets at least one of those with their bundles.

Reminder: As I post this. you have a little less than three and a half hours left to purchase Castle Of Illusion before it gets removed from the store.

It's currently the daily deal. But unlike most daily deals these days, it doesn't run for 48 hours. It's only a 24 hour sale window on this game. Just thought I'd point that out in case anybody thought they had another day left to buy.

So I bought 3 of the 3-game bundles and 3 1-game mystery pack. I have 4 copies of Chainsaw Warrior, not as fun as the title suggests. Good news, in one of my 3-packs I got Star Wars Battlefront. The bad news is I bought it at Best Buy last week when it was on sale. $11 for the gamble with 1 gem and mostly junk, eh. I would say it is worth the gamble had I not have the game already.

Is there a reason it won't take 75OFF3PACK?  Just says "Goodbye to vouchers and hello to the lowest prices when you sign in!"

But I am signed in... and its showing as 1.49.  Just let me gamble dammit!

Same, I think they may have fixed it, since it was already 75% off.

Hey, we haven't had any politically-themed drama in the thread for a while, right?

Also, while I will admit that this looks suspiciously like something I would play (and possibly even like), the use of the euphemism of "atmospheric parchment-scroll interface" in lieu of "it's basically drawn like a book" is weird and hilarious.

Along similar lines, the MSRP on this just seems ridiculous. It's not like we don't know Tin Man has bundled almost all of their previous releases.
