Target Clearance Thread XXII

Picked up WWE 2k16 :ps4:  and Dishonored DE (x1) for $5.98 each.

A few of the $100 3TB HDD's were on sale for $85.

My wife has gone through two of these fit bits models that you can wear on your wrist. The first had the wrist band fall apart on her. The second replacement was giving her some wicked contact dermatitis. She now uses the clip fit bit. I have not been impressed with the quality of their product. Their customer service reps are very helpful though

Exploded =/= "the bracelet melted and I got pieces of plastic burned into my arm"

While still unfortunate, when someone says "exploded" I expect shrapnel.

I had a FitBit Charge where the band fell apart on me. I then tried one a G1 Pebble and my skin reacted to that band like no other. I've since gone back to FitBit (Blaze now) and I am quite enjoying it.

 
I don't have specific information on the Fitbit but I do on a competitor product and I can tell you the shit people do with those things is insane. I've gone through some audits on CS tickets and I'm shocked more of them don't melt or burn down people's homes.

If anyone is near Bloomington, MN, the Target there has the 24" for $38.98. Supposedly 4 in stock, but I saw only 3 on the shelf. I picked up the two 21.5" they had for $32.98 each.

I didn't look for the drives, but according to Brickseek, the 3TB ones are in stock for a much lower price. I have no need for any more drives, so didn't check them out.

I found 3 extra plants vs zombies 2 at one of my local targets even though brickseek says 0. I just picked up one going back Thursday to get the other 2.
 
Anyway you guys should get naruto ultimate ninja storm 4 at target for 9 bucks totally worth it and I ain't even a naruto fan.
 
Has anyone every bought something on clearance at one target and then returned/rebought at another with the excuse of "changing payment methods"?  Do you get the lower clearance price?  I'm wondering if this is worth my time.

This is completely ymmv but I have a local Target that is completely cool with doing a return and rebuy to get the lower price, and another Target that acts like I'm a criminal for even suggesting it. My advice would be to just be honest with what you want to do and try it.
 
I went to two Targets last night and can concur with what I was told here yesterday, Brickseek is not going to be accurate alot of the time, at least not on these clearance video games. All stores around me had zeroed out almost all of the games that people are finding, but after hitting two stores I still found Rush of Blood, Loading Human, Ninja Turtles, Marvel Pinball, Homefront, Phantom Pain, Garden Warfare 2, Ghostbusters, Werewolves Within, and Geometry Wars, as well as a few sports games. Hitting another store today in hopes of finding Naruto, despite the fact that that game as well as all of the others I found yesterday is showing as 0 quantity. I also grabbed a Zelda Majora's Mask 3DS case for $7.48.

Grabbed the last 1TB Xbox One (Halo 5 Edition) at my local Target. Rang up at $235. Kinda having buyer's regret now. Any advice on if it's worth holding on to for the 30 day return period and hoping it drops lower in their system and doing a return/rebuy at the deeper clearance price?

What price did it show on BrickSeek? If it is already at a price lower than what you paid, then it should be fairly quick to drop to that price. If not, it's probably best to return it.

 
Is the Halo edition an S model? Seems like a decent deal if it is, but if not I would dump it. The S models have already gotten as low as $250 at some point I believe, maybe during Black Friday sales.  

 
Xboxes have gotten so cheap.  I think I'm going to sell my Advanced Warfare LE and buy a XB1 S.  Mine is an older model so it fucks up all the time. Black screen, eternal disc eject, failure to load blu rays.  Something weird about how it goes into hibernation when you shut it down and doesn't do a full restart when you turn it on later.

Yeah the model I picked up was the OG fat Xbox One. Anyone have experience with clearance prices dropping lower after stores are out of stock? Or do they just get kicked out of the system completely?

My VCR model is still going strong too, mostly because of disuse, although I've played it twice this week before work - Anode, Boggle and Spelunky are great games to play early in the morning!

Its a nice sight. One of my local stores still have 2 PS3 Black Friday 2011 bundles for full price. Doubt they'll ever drop art this point.

Careful with those Moto360 watches, the band breaks and is not repairable/replaceable. Was going to jump on it, but I'm scared off it.

Same. If I can't find a good deal on a new Vita then I'm buying it used on craigslist. After playing and almost done with Persona 5, I want to go back and play Persona 4 Golden again.

fwiw I got my refurb OLED vita off ebay for $90 and it came in mint condition
