Looks like we’re getting some changes to the PlayStation webstore. I just logged into it via the app and it was pretty different! Seems to have (hopefully only temporarily) removed quite a few things from my wishlist though. So that sucks...

I have 3 coupons from consoles from the destiny 2 pro bundle. 2 came with my system, the 3rd was one i got by trading with my friend who also got the bundle. I have only been able to use one of the 3 codes (the one i got from my friend). the remaining 2 from my bundle say they have already been redeemed. So there must be some sort of limit on the printed codes from bundles, whether it's once per 30 days, 90 days, etc.

I am still pretty okay with this month even if I do think it is weak overall. But I did want Dungeon Punks and R-type. Also curious about Broken Sword as I like a good adventure game when done correctly. Really the weakest part to me in this all is Bound which I have no interest in. I'll give it a try anyway since it's free but I am not going in with high expectations.

Also the sale this week is pretty meh. I still kinda want Mad Max at some point but I am not in a rush, especially when it goes on sale at least once a month. Also it has always kinda looked like a good PS+ target to me.

Highly recommend Mad Max. It's a genuinely fun game. That being said, it does seem like one that'll likely be a "free" PS+ title.

Eh, most people that are not already invested in the Sony ecosystem aren't checking out this week's sales. Like, I -never- look at sales for Xbox or nintendo... so no sale they could ever have could possibly influence me in any way. I have a feeling that's very similar for people in the market for an xb1x.... how would a sale on psn affect them? would they even notice?

I actually think 0.2 BBS is probably my favorite KH game right now (incredible combination of KH2 and BBS combat and one of the best boss fights I've ever fought in a video game) but I agree simply as a value proposition.

KH 1.5+2.5 is 4 full length games where as 2.8 is 1 game and a little 2 hour prologue for KH3. Also that 1 game included in 2.8 (KH3D) is pretty short as it is meant as a bridge title between KH2 and KH3. I got the platinum for 3D in like... 35 hours I think.

I will give them credit though, the port of KH3D is really incredibe, they slightly pulled out the camera to look better on a TV as opposed to a handheld, completely redid the UI, and the game runs at 60 FPS with no drops at any point (the 3DS version was only 30 FPS). Runs at a higher resolution as well but that one should be a given.

Probably because they were given early drafts of the script, and then took it out of the final script/film. So they should be what was supposed to be canon.

They're great! You're looking at at least 300 hours of gameplay if you get both collections, more if you do everything available.
1, 2, and Birth by Sleep are the Final Mix versions as well so they have extra content originally exclusive to Japan.

It's good to start, but if you plan to get 3 it's necessary to play 2.8 beforehand because it fills in a large gap between 2 and 3

Rive is still on sale BTW. Picked it up just thinking it looked like something I would like. And it’s really good. Even better than I expected it to be. The bundle with Toki Tori 2+ is also only a few bucks more.

Know they’re on sale quite a bit but definitely recommend them (Rive in particular) at those prices.

The Two Tribes games are still active because they end on 11/16, not 11/7.

You can't, actually. Has to be used on console (PS3 or PS4.) Weird the field doesn't show up, though, as there are other ten-digit ones that do work on the site/in the app. (I actually have a 20% off one that came with my PS4 that works.)
