Sea of Thieves art style initially turned me off, but what little I've read about it intrigues me. Now I wish I'd signed up for the closed beta. Oh well.

I'm also curious about the Pinball FX3 sale. I'm not a huge pinball fan but I'm considering the Bethesda tables. If they will be cheaper in 6 months or a year, I can wait.

 
Can I talk about Sea of Thieves? I played it briefly a while back and I don't know where we are with NDAs and all that at this point.

It was mentioned that this next Beta does not have an NDA attached to participation so we should be seeing some videos of gameplay soon. For previous Betas, keep your hole shut.

 
So is Sea Of Thieves another one of those GaaS type things? No coherent story or plot, just sailing around interacting with other human beings in a virtual world while tempting you to buy loot crates that contain nothing but costumes and various weapon skins?

Pinball FX2 seemed to seldom go on sale the last few years so I expect the same with FX3. The $10 bundles on the FX2 went as low as 50% I if I remember correctly. The Bethesda bundle is oddly priced at $11.99 (compared to the Star Wars and Marvel Tables) so $6.59 might be the lowest it'll go but if you aren't going to play it a lot soon then you can prob wait.

Also, if you don't have it from FX2, you'll have to buy the FX3 Core Collection which isn't on sale right now but has been on sale in the past for $5. You need this to play all the additional tables like Bethesda.

As someone who has moved across the country myself, and has no intention of rooting for the home team, am I not allowed to go to a game when my team is in town? I should expect that my safety will be in jeopardy when going out to watch a GAME!?

What was seen in that video was assault. Plain and simple. You should be ashamed of yourself for defending the perpetrators...

Those are the rules, don’t like it then wait til the team plays in another city to go see em.
 
Seeing those videos seems about right for some Philly fans. My experience visiting there was a great and wonderful time filled with tons of history last year, but the sports fans were extremely toxic. Checking out the Liberty Bell and having someone say, "I hope you die you piece of shit," had me all sorts of confused until I realized he was pissed I was wearing an Atlanta Braves backpack. Not even five minutes later while walking in Washington Square, another noble citizen told me to "get the fuck outta here and go back to Atlanta while you're still here." I never understood people's dislike of Philadelphia fans until these few encounters(there were several others in my three hour stay there), which really opened my eyes to their behavior. Very sad and disappointing really

Jumped on the Valley of the Yeti's dlc for Far Cry 4 since it was never on sale before. Working on FC4 atm since I've had it in the backlog for years

As a Pats fan I don't have to be angry about anything. But as someone who has seen over a dozen games in Gillette stadium, and who has close friends with season tickets, I can say with confidence that neither myself nor any of my friends or family has ever considered assaulting a fan with the other teams jersey. It's a shit perspective. Defend it however you'd like.
 
Just like to say again that 99% of Philly fans are non-violent, regular, sports loving people. I won’t defend the actions of those in that 1% as it is pathetic and disgusting. But don’t take a broad paintbrush and paint everyone in the city as bad. It’s like saying all Muslims are terrorists.

Just want to point out that I agree with your statement. The point I was making is that this one individual is exactly the reason that people use that broad paintbrush.

Funny since one of my friends that is a Jags fan was at the game yesterday and 2 pats fans were trying to bait him into a fight while they were losing hehe.
