Back in June 2017 I got a Razer Wildcat gamepad rather cheap from Newegg. The reviews of it were decent but lots of complaints about durability... Well, mine after about 2 thousand hours finally gave up the ghost.

Sometime after the launch of Forza Horizon 4 I started getting reconnect controller errors... but it was only in Forza games so I just figured it was a windows 10 game/app issue and kept play (it would reconnect seconds later.) The it started happening more often and then finally in the Division 2.

Now the Division 2 doesn't pause like the Forza games had the controller issue and the "best incident" I had my guy took off across the map (in combat of course) shooting the ceiling while doing a small circle... I'm shocked I got revived and not kicked from the group.

Anyhow, replacement was out of the question. It's long been replaced in Razers lineup with a new version but I contacted them anyways and tried to get a replacement cable... It involved way too much hoop jumping but I got a new replacement cable ordered (16 bucks shipped) and so far it's been working without issue. So I'm rather happy with that.

Div 2, I got my cosmetic event finished so I'm happy about that as it freed me up to try Warhammer: Chaosbane. I've rather enjoyed it, though looking at Steam it seems like I'm not the norm but I'll freely admit I haven't had that much time with it compared to those complaining about it... but I think my impression will hold. I am a guy you really likes Warhammer 40K Martyr. *Shrug*

You should credit me too since I posted the same thing four posts above yours in this thread! 8-[

Also, here's another free game on Indiegala - Glorkian Warrior: The Trials of Glork (direct download, no Steam key).

Ah, well I did not look that far back, just posted/shared it as I was made aware of it from my gf, so I do not need to credit you as I heard of it from my gf first. Thanks and take care!

I was tempted by Chaosbane but the reviews I've read and video reviews do not paint a pretty picture, except for the graphics being good. Day 1 DLC packs that add up to $15 or $20+ with the xp/loot boost ones. Base game is $49 bucks and can be cleared in 15 or so hours. There are supposedly only 4 different types of dungeons or zones as well. Its $39 (21% off) on Greenman at least. For $49 I'd say go buy Grim Dawn and its expansions and wait for a sale on Chaosbane.

First time I played RE4 was ~10 years ago on PC. It was the broken Ubisoft-published port. I really enjoyed it.

Next time I tried playing RE4 was a couple years ago on Steam. I really hated it.

I think the difference boiled down to "Younger" me being way more tolerant of tank controls and "Older" me not having the patience to deal with that bullshit.

Who here owns Resident Evil 4?

And on how many systems?
1. PC Retail (original PC version on disc / No Steam).

2. Steam HD re-release.

EDIT:

Hellfire has been added as a freebie to Diablo on GOG.

Awesome!

Gives me more reason to want Diablo on GOG, since I don't have Hellfire.

Never thought I'd see this day.

I always thought Blizzard considering it a non-canon release would make it wind-up never re-released.

Thank God for GOG. Wonder how much effort, time, money and legal crap it took and all to get approval from any companies that owned rights of IP's, distribution, and whatnot - which would probably be Blizzard; Sierra (or whomever got those rights); and Synergistic Software (Hellfire's dev's...or whomever held those rights there).

How do we really know that 80% off of that is $6.00? I recently learned that 1 x 1 is actually 2. All my life I never questioned mathematics and now it makes perfect sense. Take Resident Evil 2, multiply it by Resident Evil 3 (1 x 1) and guess what? You have two games. One doesn't magically disappear. Try explaining this to the sheep and watch how defensive they get.

the only way this gets cheaper is if it gets bundled, right? so wait for ubi bundle or make the sacrifice?
Well, if South Park: TFBW can be 90% off, then I guess the next step could be Stick of Truth at 90% off maybe...?

Stick of Truth has been Humbled Monthly'd once, so it could wind-up in a bundle - https://isthereanydeal.com/game/southparkstickoftruth/info/

Either way, I made the double South Park sacrifice from UPLAY - bought Stick of Truth and TFBW Gold.

And used a 20% off coupon from UPLAY to stick on top of it, making it $12 after all was said and done.

They make their opinion off it well know on the GOG Store:
Originally developed by Synergistic Software and released in 1997, Hellfire was not an official Blizzard product and did not carry Blizzard’s endorsement or label. Despite that, in response to Diablo players who have expressed a desire to experience the content, Blizzard has given the OK for it to be included as a free add-on with Diablo purchases on GOG.COM.

Hellfire offers a non-canonical single-player storyline where players must defeat a powerful demon named Na-Krul who is threatening Tristram. The expansion also adds a Monk class, new weapons and items, new missions, locations, dungeons, and enemies. Hellfire will be accessible while launching the original Diablo.
