Ebay will generally get you the most money but it can be a hassle and fees suck. I never used bricklink so I can't speak on it. You could always post your list on here, too.I know this has been asked before but I'm lazy and don't feel like searching the thread: What's the best way to sell sets? I'm mostly going to be selling some used stuff. Thanks!
I saw on USPS website they have flat rate boxes that are sized for shipping board games. I haven't seen them at the post office but I was thinking that those could be a possible option. Shipping prices are still crazy high thoughI've largely been selling on FB the last couple months. Shipping is a hassle, like ectrane said, gotta find a box to fit the sets and shipping can be pricey
You can get them shipped to you for free in a pack of 10 or something.I saw on USPS website they have flat rate boxes that are sized for shipping board games. I haven't seen them at the post office but I was thinking that those could be a possible option. Shipping prices are still crazy high though
Are you using Pirateship? It's the cheapest I've seen for shipping.I've largely been selling on FB the last couple months. Shipping is a hassle, like ectrane said, gotta find a box to fit the sets and shipping can be pricey
Price is now $229.99!The NES is listed on Lego.com https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/nintendo-entertainment-system-71374
$299.99 for 2646 pcs. Was briefly listed at $199.99 but I guess that was an error.
Whoops. I may have fat-fingered or mis-read. $229.99 makes sense.Price is now $229.99!
You can order the long boxes from USPS.com and have them sent to your house for free. Save yourself a trip to the post officeI just go with USPS
I’ll have to go down to the post office to see if I can track down some of those long boxes. I had to buy a new tv this weekend so need to sell some more sets to offset the cost
Which long boxes are you guys talking about? The long boxes haven’t really been big enough for the larger sets, at least that’s been my experience
I'm only about 30 minutes into an HOUR and TWENTY MINUTE Jangbricks video about what travesty this is but here ya goIt's kinda cool looking but I have no issues with them pulling it. It does seem to go against their longstanding guidelines. It just seems weird that it's two weeks from release and they're just now realizing what they've designed. These are probably already boxed in the LEGO warehouse ready to ship.
I just checked the SOLD eBay auctions and they went for $1500. Wow.I know some of them are coming out of New Zealand. Apparently Lego told retailers that they could sell any shipments they already received as opposed to returning them to Lego. Have yet to hear of someone finding it in the US
I thought it does?I didn’t think it was going to be that expensive, at that price I would have hoped that they include the power function .
I stand corrected, I just looked at the packaging on the website and it does say it includes all the necessary elements. I got confused with some of the wording on the webpage, made it seem that the "powered up app" was free. I guess that explains some of the price but still a bit on the high side.I thought it does?
I agree it's pricey. I expected something in the $200 range. But I think it's also bigger than I'm imagining it. Compared to the phone running the app, it actually looks massive.I stand corrected, I just looked at the packaging on the website and it does say it includes all the necessary elements. If my math is right it appears to be a bit over 14 inches wide and definitely at least 2-4 inches longe, so not small in any retrospect but still should be priced cheaper.I agree it's pricey. It looks like it's what, 12" x 12"?
I could afford the piano if I hadn't just paid $1500 for the 42113 Osprey on ebay.I’m more impressed by the piano than the NES, purely from a function standpoint. Sadly I’ll probably miss out on both due to the whole currently being broke thing.
C'mon... trumps sending out new stimulus checks! Personally, I'm more excited over the Mario sets. Expensive month for me, just got the Pirates at Baracuda Bay, The Haunted House and just ordered the Tree House. I need to order the Sentinal from HasLab as well, the only question is if I want one or two.I could afford the piano if I hadn't just paid $1500 for the 42113 Osprey on ebay.
On this day, my second career was born...They finally told him to buy it and pay someone to do it for him....
I wanted it before it got "recalled"...I'm sure collectors/resellers will make it impossible to find in the wild now that the value is astronomical.I saw some sort of Spider-Man Venomsaurus set that wasn’t on my radar at Target today, so Target definitely has new sets they just put out. Didn’t see any Ospreys though. I did read that LEGO has authorized retailers to sell any stock they already have, so it sounds like there just won’t be any additional shipments. Wonder if Walmart could have received any ...
