a refurb for $20 savings...my logical way of thinking: Peace at mind wins over the fact of any savings on this one.

I was at walmart (oshawa) and noticed that Knack was on for 19.99.  Also Killzone Shadow fall was on for 19.99 as well.

Walmart has it on for their anniversary sale. I went on today to see if they replenished their stock and they had so i picked one up. Check. You can always price match future shop too for 12.50 i think. Good Luck...
