Correct. The GH version is just the standard version. The 3D version is the GotY edition - which still retails for more than the GH version does.

Shadow Broker is the best of the 3, but they all have their positives. Kasumi's is a nice change of pace, and gives you another character (Kasumi). I just finished ME2 yesterday (for the first time) - amazing game. The DLC is definitely worth picking up if you like the game.
