I've never had an Amazon gift card take more than 5 minutes to process and arrive in my inbox. If it's taking hours and hours for you to get your gift cards then there is probably an issue or you didn't do something correctly and it is most likely not going to process.

If you're selecting a gift card on Amazon, setting it for $6 even, and putting in all the correct information than there's no reason why it shouldn't work. I don't know that any of us here can help you beyond that. It could be a problem on there end and the card is just simply not working in...

They give you a billing address to use.

Don't use the "M" on the card just the numbers. O:)

Don't think it really matters. I just put Mars since they are the ones running the promotion. Make sure to use their address though. Should be listed on the page that gives you the card number. It's like the last step I believe.
