It is especially interesting if this console cycle is much shorter, which I think everyone was saying it would be. I got into the 360 late and the PS3 as well and am paying for it with a backlog. When and if I finish, I wonder if I'll actually be able to keep up this time on the current gen.
Again, EW has all dlc and the new features, but if you ever wanted to play vanilla EU, there is no option to do that in EW. That matters to some people who might want a playthrough without the new units introduced in EW for example.
If you want to play vanilla Xcom without the new features, you will need to keep EU.
Hilariously lazy sale. Bioshock Infinite eps were on sale for $5 each recently. Spec Ops was also $5. Now they're all $7.49? Though I might bite on Bioshock 1 and 2. But the Ultimate Rapture Edition is only...
It was on sale for $7.49 a while ago, but Vanquish (at least on casual difficulty) is a fun 5-6 hour ride that is well-paced and not too repetitive or long. There is no story but lots of fun gunplay with the boosting and slo-mo mechanics. Much better than Bayonetta imo. Now to knock Metal Gear...
Very tempted by Bioshock infinite dlcs. I wouldn't play the challenge dlc anyway, but I don't know if the extra powers and items in the complete edition would make my first playthrough...more complete?
