Baseball Stars had stats and stat growth before most games had stats. RBI had stupid looking fat ballplayers hitting flat levatating balls in straight lines. And as a baseball fan, they were both fun. Basewars blew them both out of the water though. Please tell me you played basewars...
I loved the 90's sports game discussion. Even the "watch this bitches" was about sports. I don't play many sports games, but it's way more interesting than ios or portable games. Where is the NCAA picks!?
Cheapy and Shipwreck get some 311 love/jokes into the episode. Wombat adds completely pussified FarCry3 racism arguments. It makes you uncomfortable in retrospect? Go play some more LEGO Star Wars or whatever. Seriously, find a gamer to add to the Cagcast.
But now Cheapy and Wombat aren't gamers, they're parents. It's wierd having a game podcast where only 1/3 of the hosts actually play very many games. It's kinda terrible having one with no gaming hosts.
Where the hell is Shipwreck from? 3 hours from Cincy into KY is my neck of the woods, depending on which direction he's going. SE KY and W KY are the only places 3 hours out from Cincy.
I would give the 360 a 4 because of affordability. You have to pay for online (and will soon have to pay more) and Microsoft won't let developers release very much for free. 360 also suffers the most if you compare it to PC gaming. You can get almost everything on the 360 for much cheaper off...
