MSRP or not, since it's a limited-time offer for a game that you can't get any more (besides ebay, garage sales, etc.), I'd still call it one.

My target has one copy of Bioshock 2 LE (360), but it has had the absolute hell beaten into it. The outer cover is torn to shreds (only being held on by the spider security device) and I don't know how badly the outer box has been shredded. Worth $19ish? Not hardly.

As long as it is still being offered on the item's page, you should be fine. If you want to be really paranoid about it though, you can try calling up (or emailing) amazon's customer service and see if they can apply that credit to your active order. They did that for me a while back on Halo...
