Paper Mario has been $29.99 for a month at Best Buy. I think Futureshop has it on sale for that price as well.

Forza Horizon LE for $30 seems pretty hot to me. I would've been pretty happy with the regular edition for that price, but a bonus Steelbook and DLC just sweetens the deal.

I'm pretty sure Sonic isn't out until the middle of November. Weird that Futureshop is advertising it so early.

All trade deals are valid from Tuesday to Thursday unless otherwise noted. Sometimes Futureshop has pre-order deals and I guess they don't want people to get the game for free plus all the extra stuff. Not sure what you mean by buying / refunding / trading in again.
