Nothing in my system mailbox on the consoles either. I flat out didn't get the promo code, and per the fine print, I shouldn't have, so I didn't fight it.
Speaking from personal experience, the last time they did this, I purchased directly from my credit card, and I never got the voucher code in my email (and yes, I checked my spam folder). I read the fine print and it said it had to be from the wallet. I was pretty pissed.
Maybe I got unlucky...
They also had the PS3 and xbone Destiny. Nothing like finding a great deal on a Sunday morning!
EDIT: Including photos because my stupid iPhone didn't originally upload.

Not that they will honor it, but the law usually is that if there is a price mistake but the price mistake is believable (say, a $99.99 for $89.99) and reasonable that they must honor it.
In this case, it's a download code. The paper is worthless without going through a transaction -- so buy...
One thing that really helped was taking a picture of the Free tag with my phone and showing that to the cashier. Once the manager saw that, he overrode the price.
The other day I went to Best Buy and in the PS4 section saw this Killzone Shadow Fall Season Pass for PS4 marked down to FREE.
Cashier tried to ring it up but it kept charging the $19.99. 20 minutes later or so, a manager came over and did an override.
Now, I just have to get the game...
I just saw that PSN is going to be redesigned in a couple of weeks.
Check the image, though--it appears that Resident Evil 5 will be the next big free PS Plus game:
PSN Redesign
I was at Costco in Santa Clarita, CA yesterday and they appeared to have gotten rid of almost all of their video games. Here's what they had:
Zelda Spirit Tracks (DS) - $15
Once Upon a Monster (360 Kinect) - $10
Carnival Games (360 Kinect) - $10
SOCOM 4 (PS3) - $18
Steel Diver (3DS) - $13

Picked me up a copy. 4GB download, and of course, no disc required to play!
